Who wants to go through 11,304 pages of this and find the off post? I certainly don't. So let's go with the method that appears more popular. 

 

My argument is that the first post wouldn't have a #1 by it, thus the numbers we post would be 1 greater than the post counter at the top right. Having been a member for 2½ years, I am pretty sure it used to put the #1 by the original post and the original post would count on the counter. Some update either on MLP Forums or to IP.Board itself may have made it act differently. I don't know. :P I'm just going to post one higher than the previous post, regardless. 

 

(If I'm right, then I should actually post 226,071 here)

Okay on second thought...I went back to the first post and it is both #1 and the first count....so what is posted and the post counter should actually match. Going forward...this is going to be where I think we start now.

Look at the first few posts. The first is one, the second is two, the third is three, and so on and so forth. I've been here for months, and the count has always been the amount of posts on this thread, INCLUDING THE ORIGINAL POST.
