I try to keep a balance...But damn Chaos, that sucks... :(

 

I never really had any IRL friends as a little kid because my parents let their drug habit rule over the family. We never stayed in any one location for long as my father was always on the run from the law. I never learned social skills. I don't understand your situation entirely, but I do kinda know what it's like not really having friends :/

Well I need to keep a balance because I get extremely lonely when I'm alone for long periods of time. It may sometimes throw me into a depressive state. I spent a lot of time alone in college and it wasn't enjoyable for me. I can have online friends, but even though I'm introverted, I also need to have irl friends. Because I love being alone, but I hate being lonely. I get the feeling that I'd be a lot more outgoing if I didn't have confidence issues.

Honestly, I don't really want offline friends anymore. I can't seem to interact with other people verbally well at all, and they always take things the wrong way.

I guess I feel lucky that I have a good group of irl friends I've known for years. I suppose school has helped with this. You guys are some of my only online friends, I guess I could say I've got more irl friends than online friends atm.
