It's been noisy for a long while now, but not hot. That started months ago (I'm using a laptop by the way.) It doesn't usually happen after my laptop's been running for a long time either.

I cleaned the fan a few months ago. It was still loud after that but less so.

 

 I'm planning on cleaning it again soon, but I don't think that's what's causing this issue.

Yeah. I hate computer problems like this. They make me get all panicky. My Avast found a few files it couldn't scan last night, but neither it nor Malwarebytes found anything dangerous so I doubt it's a virus or anything.

 

 I might just see if I can get a new laptop. I have a decent bit of money and my birthday isn't too far off so that's a possibility.
