Chemm was still basking in the comfort of Pyxel's back. Nothing in the town could frighten her significantly once Pyxel was by his side. She replied with a warm yet lazy sigh,

 

"Yes Pyxel... everything's fine... All I need now... is to get to the hospital or some clinic... My abdomen still hurts."

 

Chemm was excited to tell her diary about this chivalrous stallion named Pyxel. But at the present moment, she couldn't really do that because her hooves and body still hurt from the crash. All she could do now was enjoy Pyxel's back because it felt like a bed for her. She could even smell Pyxel's body. To her, it smelled like grapes, one of her favourite fruits. Oh how she could stay on Pyxel's back forever...

Now that Code had regained full consciousness, he started to rub off all the dried bllod on his face. When finished, he opened both his eyes to surgey what the town looked like. "Why do towns that have something to do with sound in their name always look dreary?" Code asked rhetorically as he looked at the barren town.

 

Reaching for his bag, Code instinctively pulled out something to drink, but he stopped when he realized what he was doing. "Hey. Does anypony else want something to eat or drink? I still have some stuff in my bag" He asked offering to everyone.

Eddie kept staring with a smile at the blue pony as he was talking "...really? ooooooooh....ghosts and zombies....ever heard of psychotherapy? oh im sorry your stomach hurts...." Eddie then turned around and mumbled "we got a pregnant one on board" he then heard the other pony offer drinks and food "hey you got a smoke by any chance?" (hey trick pon-3 could you post your OC character?)

"No. I don't smoke or drink." Code said to Eddie. "And by the way." Code started as he grabbed one of the busted cans that still had some ofits contents so there was some weight to it. "There was no need for that remark." Finished Code as he chucked the busted can at Eddie's face.

 

(I did post it in the ooc thread near the earlier part. Post #13 to be exact. I would do it again here, but it sucks to do it on this device.)

"This town is empty!"-shouted Violet furiously as she walked from one of the doors to another one. "That's our luck! Hete is a town which was our only hope but nah...it's a ghost town. She kicked into a gravel that broke the window of the house front of her. "Oh..I'm sorry but that never mind. It isn't matter anyway because this town is dead!" Violet wealked to the stoop and sat down to rest for a bit. She heared Code's offer. "Well, I'm a bit thirsty so if you could give me something to drink well, that would be good." Violet looked to the sky. "By the way,I think we should find a place to rest as soon as possible. It's getting cold in here."-she said and looked at the others. "So what do you think, guys?"

Code dug into his bag and threw a can to Violet. "I hope you like Nos. That's the only kind of drink I have. As for shelter, we could probably hunker down in any of these buildings around us, or we could look for a place with supplies to stay in, AKA a grocery store or clinic. I'm fine for a while now, but it's really up to the others.

"liar, you probably go out for a smoke at recess behind the school, looking all paranoid and stuff....aaaaah man no nicotine for....there was no need for what exactly? what are you even..." Eddie couldnt finish the sentence as Code threw a can at Eddie's face, he didnt even try to dodge it as it hit his cheek.

Eddie simply responded after a few seconds of silance "i hate you...i hope you die too" Eddie didnt wait for the responce as he decided to explore the town a little as he kept mumbling "...cant believe this...im being treated like a street dog...pffah! then they ask me 'Eddie why do you have so much hatred for ponies' " he looked around and searched for something valuable to sell when he gets back to Manehattan

Sweet Symphony had been having issues walking with her injured leg, and was surprised when Light came up and tried to support her. She blushed. "Th-thank you... Again."

They continued walking until they reached Echo Falls. She looked around.

Pyxel looked around.

"I can't see any hospitals around really."

Hearing Eddies insult, he stuck his tongue out for a second.

"What does that pony even want from us? Hey... since this is a ghost town, we could hang out anywhere we want! Just to be sure... HELLO?! Yep. A ghost town. So why don't we find the bestest place ever for the night?"

The thought of camping out at a nice house got him exited, since his real home wasn't much. Just a small house that barely fitted 4 ponies.

Plus, he really wanted to rest. His back hurt from carrying Chemm.

"You wanna rest? I can oblige to your request." Code said to Pyxel. Code then trots over to a nearby building and tries to turn the door knob. "Figures. It's locked." Turning around, Code aimed next to the door knob, reared up, and bucked open the door. "There. We have a place to camp now. This could also be a good place to set up a survival plan and see what we have for supplies." Code says as he went into the building.

Eddie looked around and saw that this is infact a complete ghost town "well ill be bucked, since there is nopony here i might aswell..." Eddie walked up to the front of the nearest building as he tried to open it "locked, strange...it looks like they were not in a hurry, maybe it was hard to live here...who cares actually" Eddie turned around and looked on the ground for something heavy as he found a rock and threw it with his uninjured hoof and broke the window "soooooo...no gaurds and no fear of the owner coming home or waking up, so i got alot of time to steal something worth selling"

 

He then walked up to the window and cleared the glass shards out of the window as he climbed through it "OW! damn my hoof" as he was inside the house he noticed it was all dusky and spider webs on the top of the corners "well...damn ugh, im kinda afraid of spiders BUT BUCK IT! you know?" Eddie porceeded to opening drawers "i dont deserve what they did there...HATE THEM MOTHER-..." Eddie slammed one drawer closed from anger and continue to search in another drawer

Pyxel happily sighed and walked into the house.

It seemed abandoned, it had spiderwebs in the corners.

The fireplace was still there, it even had some logs beside it.

Pyxel put Chemm down, cleaned the sofa from the spiderwebs and dragged Chemm on the comfy thing.

He then searched his backpack for some paper, got some logs and started to make a fire. The soft glow from the fire filled the room and even shined on the street.

"There we are!"

He opened one of the windows.

"Come on in, guys! It's cozy!"

Chemm could feel herself being dropped by Pyxel as the company finally decided to slumber at an abandoned house. She was still frightened at the prospect of an abandoned town, but she was comforted knowing that they had a place to rest for the night. At first, she was also annoyed that Pyxel dropped her onto the floor and tried to complain in protest. When she noticed herself lying comfortably on the couch at the next instant though, Chemm decided not to complain. Instead, she sighed happily as she hugged her yellow saddlebag. Feeling too weak to even write to her diary, she opted to just lie down for a rest. While lying down, Chemm then asked everyone else with as loud a voice as she could, which wasn't very loud at this moment,

 

"Does... does anypony have some food to eat? I'm very hungry right now..."

Avoidinng all the cobwebs, Code went in and found his place to camp in the house. It was pretty dusty inside, but it didn't seem to be all that dilapidated. On the contrary, the furniture seemed to be rarely used. Disregarding the furniture, he found a place to sleep next to a loveseat. Starting to feel a comfortable warmth behind him, Code turned around and saw Pyxel had started a fire in the fireplace.

 

While he finally settled down and watched the fire, Code heard Chemm ask around for some food. "I have some, gimme a sec here to get it." Code said as he pulled his bag over to him and started digging into it. 'Let's see. Candy bar... candy bar... candy bar...' "Ah, here we are." Code remarks as he gets up and brings a granola bar to Chemm.

"Thank you so much!" Violet opened the can and started to drink. It turned out that she was thirstier than she thought. She couldn't stop drinking it till she noticed that it was empty. Meanwhile the others found a place to tide over the night. Violet followed the others to the house. She immediately noticed the spiderwebs. Violet can't stand spider. She is even afraid from the smallest one and the thought that her mane could hitch into one of those cobwebs was terrible. She tried to find a place which wasn't so dusty and was away from any kind of spiders. One of the other ponies made a fire so Violet slipped a bit closer to the fireplace, carefully. "By the way, my name is Violet."- introduced herself Violet.

Closing the window, Pyxel decided to explore the rest of the house. The floor creaked a bit when he walked through the hallway. Violet's question reached his ears, but he didn't answer. The fire needed some materials. He found two chairs stacked up on each other for some reason. He dragged them to the fireplace and smashed one of them, then put the wooden pieces besides the fireplace.

*Well, this is... exciting... in a way. You don't survive a crash and find a ghost town everyday.* Pyxel thought and pulled out some food.

"So now what? Do we actually have enough supplies to survive?" He asked, his mouth full of delicious cheese sandwich.

Chemm was still lying comfortably on the brown, yet slightly dusty couch. She hated dust, but there was no other place for her to lie, so she had to make do. She saw another pony walk up to her and offer a candy bar. It wasn't much, but Chemm had nothing else after the bus crash toppled all her food. She was lucky her diary wasn't squashed in the process. She spoke with contentment, 

 

"Why thank you. What... what's your name? Mine's Chemm Blonde."

"It's nice to make aquaintances with you. I'm Code Junkie, but everyone just shortens it to just Code." Code replied to Chemm. "If you need anything else, just ask." Code then gives a smile and walks over to the fire and starts playing with the flames. The heat of the fire was really hot, but it was comforting and peaceful and eveytime he passed his hoof over the flames, the fire would lick around his hoof.

Eddie kept searching in the drawers and cabinets in the living room "man only documents and..." Eddie had found a family photo album "a bucking picture book" Eddie turned one page after another, he didnt seem to feel bad for this family "well look, here they...what seems to be a birthday party, i hate birthdays" Eddie tossed the album over his shoulder "well i think i went over everything HERE!" he went upstairs as he ignored the kitchen "alright so i already know i wont find a damn thing worth selling...ATLEAST A COMPASS FOR BUCK'S SAKE!!"

 

he saw the first down as he went up stairs, he opened it and peeked inside it, it was a kids room with a bunk bed and blue sky styled wallpaper, now its dusk and worn out as Eddie noticed some part of it peeled of a little "well wont find a thing here, probably filly drawings about a family outside they're house" Eddie turned around and went into the next and last one but it didnt budge "the hell?" he tried forcing it open and high hoofing it but that only resulted making his injured hoof to be more in pain

Pyxel took another bite of his sandwich and looked at the kitchen. It was all dusty and full of cobwebs. It contained a fridge, dishes and cupboards.

Thinking for a second, he put his sandwich on the chair and opened one of the cupboards.

Finding some noodles and rice, he closed the cupboard and looked back at Code. He liked noodles, but the flickering light made him look.

"Doesn't that hurt? Like... alot?" He asked as he sat down in his chair.

Zoned out, thinking about the day he had, Code just laid there motionless besides his hoof which went over the fire and back almost automatically. He thought about home, the rush to get to school, his teacher Miss Blossom, his plans for Angel Valley, and the crash that killed almost everyone. He stayed in this trance for sometime until Pyxel's voice snapped him out of it.

 

"Does it hurt? Not really. You just have to move over fast enough and stay more towards the bottom of the flame as it's cooler than the top. Otherwise, I've only burnt myself a couple times." Code replied to Pyxel as a tear went down Code's face due to thoughts he had while zoned out.

Violet was getting tired as she sat there doing nothing just watching the fire. "I'm gonna look around a bit."-she said than get up from the ground. The house, where the little group settled for the night, wasn't big but it had two floors. Violet found the stairs at the end of the hallway and started to stragger up. The stair creaked under her hooves even if she tried to be very careful. Well at least the guard was okay. As she reached the top of the stairs she saw only one corridor front of her but it led to many rooms. Violet opened the closest door and found out that once it was a bedroom. There were two beds, one of them was next to the window. Violet sat down to that and look out the window. The sky was so clear that she could see the stars, and the town, it was so quiet.

"You shouldn't be here."-said a voice from behind Eddie. "You shouldn't be here! You must leave!" The pony who talked to Eddie couldn't be older than 7 years old and there were burns in several place on his body. And his eyes. Something wasn't right with them. "Go away...While you can.."-he said again and headed to the direction of the chair. "The others doesn't like visitors..."

Chemm was still lying on her couch resting up from the bruises and injuries she sustained from the fatal bus crash. She couldn't do much other than continue to ponder about many things. From Echo Falls itself to the failed field trip to Pyxel, Chemm had a lot on her mind. Her mind was particularly in a flurry when she thought about Pyxel. He was so attractive, brave, and helpful. It wasn't everyday a stallion like that saved a damsel like her after all... at least, that's how she saw herself at that moment. 

 

Chemm continued to munch on the candy bar. It wasn't much, but it was certainly better than nothing. She could see the sun begin to set from the wall's window just above her couch. It left her worried once again. Plus, Ms. Blossom was nowhere to be found... 

 

"Guys... where's... where's Ms. Blossom?" asked Chemm apprehensively.

Eddie examined the locked door "why wont you open you..." Eddie heard the voice and turned around quickly, suprised on what he saw "THE BUCK??! WHO ARE YA?!!" Eddie paniced as in a moment he thought it was a demon or a ghost, he didnt plan to listen to the ghost/demon and tried to force open the door desperatly "OPEN YOU PIECE OF SHIP!!" Eddie gave up and as the ghost/demon stood next to the railing of the stairs and was no way going back downstairs, Eddie only saw the stairs that led to the attic, he didnt hesitate and dashed for it.

 

he gone up to the attic and not stoping for a second he saw moonlight shining through the window, he dashed for that as well and broke through it, Eddie had hit the porch roof as he once again injured his damaged wing "AAAAAAA-WHOA!!" he then fell off the porch roof and landed with his lower part of the chest on the front house stairs, he gasped as he started coughing heavily and desperatly.

Eddie couldnt get up as he could swore he broken a rib, he crawled away from the house into the middle of the dirt road, that was as far as his energy could allow what was left of it in his state, he layed on the dirt road while he was holding onto the broken part of his chest with his injued hoof "MOTHERB-*cough cough...COUGH*-bucking dammit..."

Pyxel sighed.

"She didn't look alive when I dragged her out... she's someplace good now."

His sandwich fell on the floor as he heard Eddie's screams outside.

"What the..."

The floor creaked under him as he dashed outside. Spotting Eddie lying down in the middle of the road, he slowly walked over to him. He didn't really want to help the stallion, but what would the others think?

"You okay? Did you fall from there?"

Pyxel spotted the marks and flew up to the place where Eddie had fallen.

"Ouch... on the stairs?"

He turned around to see the small, creepy colt.

"WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU!? WHAT!?"

Scared, he flew off the roof, floating five feet away from the colt.

"W... sorry, it's just... d-do you live here? Uhm... you need any help? You... don't look so good."

Something about the little pony made Pyxel feel scared. His eyes, the marks on his body.

*Alright... calm down... remember what mom said... help those who need it.*

Pyxel took a deep breath and landed infront of the little colt

"So... you coming?"

He had totally forgotten about the injured Eddie.
