Overpowered Celestia?

Has anyone ever read fan fiction where Celestia is overpowered? A too overpowered character doesn't make for a great story.

 

For example having the ability to fire particle beams from her eyes powerful enough to destroy a planet. Granted this is a Celestia from a strange parallel universe. 

 

So if you were say ridiculously overpowered Celestia would you use her powers responsibly? 

 

An example of using powering irresponsibly. Fly around the universe at super speed and blow up teaming with life Earth like planets just fun (For The Evulz) and cause mass extinctions. And enslave commit genocide on weaker sapient races and enslave them under you like Aliens, Humans, and Cyborg Teletubbies. 

 

An example of using your powers responsibly. To protect the weaker races from monsters like the Reapers from Mass Effect and only use powers if you are forced. And never commit genocide or enslave another sapient race.

Hmm, Rush your reading a lot of Celestia fan fiction lately. Anyway, I would use her powers responsibly even if I have the power to enslave many races on different planets. I would still have to learn how to control and use my powers wisely.

i would probably use them responsibly, but with one exeption.

 

cyborg teletubbies.

everypony knows that cyborg teletubbies are the root of all evil.

Some fan fics that I've read have made her decently at pace with her powers.

 

That's how most should balance her so that she doesn't seem out of place.
