#1 - I would personally choose "A" or "B" , it depends on how serious it is.

#2 - I would go with "A", I'm a quiet person, but if someone messes with me in real life, they're either getting screamed at or a fist to the face.

A or C, depends on who it is, and what the rule-breaking is, i won´t report someone for things like the character limit thingie, but for insults and trolling xD.
