Assuming its already estabished that MLP ponies exist in real life and I was already in contact with Twilight when she invites me.

I would warn her beforehand that I am a rather picky eater and ask what will be for dinner. After that I would tell her the truth (maybe its bad or maybe it's just something I other people would love but I hate), maybe downplaying it a bit. I believe in honesty in such matters. Why? If I say that "it's good" then she would not know the truth and would not be able to improve herself. As for whether I would still eat it or not - that would really depend on the taste and what it is.
