Vincent blinked as he heard someone land behind him, turning his head to find the pink maned Pegasus from earlier.  As she apologized, Vincent gave a light smile, extended his claw and wrapping his talon around the extended hoof, giving it a shake. "Hey, no hard feelings. In fact, i`m sorry. I was way to defensive about it." He released the hoof, setting his talon down before decideing to introduce himself. "I`m Vincent by the way, pleasure to meet you." he said with a small smile.

"Heh... thanks. It's, uh, just something I picked up I guess." The sneer broke, giving way to a softer, slightly embarrassed smile as she remembered her complete ineptitude at the club. "I'll show you again sometime, if you like." She felt the crimson trying to creep up onto her face. Decidedly not quite the same reason she learned in the first place: it was hardly likely to help her steal any jewels but still, maybe there were other reasons to dance after all. "When did you turn all sweet and stuff anyway, tough guy?" She chided the griffin with a poke to the chest.

 

 

He maintained his smile, and it even became broader. He laughed a little bit, "Well, I dunno...maybe you..." He wasn't sure where to go with the sentence for a moment, but then it clicked, "...maybe you just bring out a better side of me." He stopped himself there, he didn't want to overdo anything. He hadn't felt this way before, nor had he acted these ways.

"Autumn Glow, nice to meet you!" Autumn gave the griffon an excited salute. She was relieved that the griffon didn't hold any grudges over what happened. "And no, it's normal to be defensive. I was being insensitive back there, and... I guess you are going to have some dinner now?" Autumn looked around the restaurant, it was a rather nice place, though the lingering smell of synthetic meat substance stung her nose. I guess it's only normal for griffons, she mused inwardly.

Shortly after he got home, he decided to play (PUN INBOUND!) Bronylands 2, Where he has just fought Pyro Pete the Invincible.

"Hmm.  I think i should go hunt down Hansome Jack. Buuuut theres another mission from Scooter to get done. AND ANOTHER BOUNTY BOARD MISSION?! Oh my. Imma gonna kill that Hansome Jack yet, With my trusty Slag Infinity pistol."

He said to himself as he played onwards.

"Autumn Glow, huh? Nice name." Vincent couldn`t hide a smirk at the salute the mare did. At her question, he nodded "Oh, yeah, I was offering to take Raspberry, the mare back at the ice cream shop, around the city tommarrow and I figured i`d make sure this place could make a decent meal...." still, he realized, he couldn`t exactly taste test how thier meals for ponies favored... he couldn`t eat it after all and wouldn`t make a fair judge. "I had a late lunch earlier, but i`m use to a high calorie diet: Lots of flying and stuff. On leave now, but..." he made a mental note to cut back on his usual meal size: he`d be exercising alot less for the next few weeks... He couldn`t help but notice a look of slight disdain coming from the mare as she smelt the meat substitute cooking: to him it was mouth watering, but... "then again, maybe I should consider somewhere else... I don`t know how good thier pony food is here, and the smell might bother her..." the brunch would be the first stop on the tour, so he had to make sure that it didn`t dampen the whole event. Atleast I know this place serves good coffee. He mused.

Autumn Glow nodded as Vincent told her about his plan on taking the ice cream mare, Raspberry was her name, around the city tomorrow. Maybe it's a date? Her eyes lit up. "No! No not that, don't mind me and my nosey, Pegasi are just a bit sensitive on their nose. Raspberry might be okay with the smell, don't use me as a comparison. Every ponies have different noses," she quickly replied. "If you like this place and want to take Raspberry here, then just do it! It's better start going around the town in a place you're okay with."

 

She tapped her chin. "For the pony food, you can ask other costumers here. Or you can look at what they're eating now. If they're eating a lot of food and tend to linger after eating, then the menu is fine." She sniffed the it a few times, trying to ignore the meat smell. "The coffee smells wonderful, if you ask me"

Vincent wondered if perhaps the mare was getting the wrong idea about the fact he was showing Raspberry around the city. He didn`t even know if ponies and Griffin`s could date... he knew a few Griffin`s whom had shown interest in ponies, and while Vincent had never judged them, he had never imagined himself like that.

 

He blinked at the mare`s advice, nodding to himself. It was preety good advice...  "Yeah, the Coffee here is great. I`ve stopped by here many-a morning to get a cup before a long flight." He said, glanceing around at the ponies that were eating... they seemed to be enjoying thier dinner, mostly hay friends with some main dish, a few daisy sandwiches... "Hey, thanks, you`ve been really helpful." he said with an appreciative nod, pauseing a moment. "If you`re not busy, maybe we could grab a bite together? Be nice to get a full opinion from a pony on the food here." he said the last part mostly as a joke, not really minding chatting with the mare. It was a little late, but if she didn`t mind, what was the harm?

Sabel wandered back into the apartment eventually, taking a look around Percy's place.  As she walked by the door to the bedroom she couldn't help but overhear parts of their conversation, frowning slightly at the light flirting.  They don't need me here as a third wing.  I should let them have some privacy...  The young griffon made her way back to where she had dropped her satchel, trying to be quiet and somewhat succeeding.  It was hard to be sneaky with a limp.

 

As she swung her satchel over her shoulder and made her way out onto the balcony, Sabel glanced back at the bedroom door.  With a slight smile she mutters under her breath "You two take care.  Hopefully I'll catch ya later."  With a loud beat of her wings she takes off into the night air, wondering where she should head to now.

Autumn Glow chuckled hearing Vincent's invitation for grabbing a bite together, to test the water a bit better. "Sure, why not? I don't have anything important to do tonight. I'll try to give you an objective review on the food in this place," she smiled. She sensed a slight doubt in Vincent, but she guessed it was from him being nervous for tomorrow. She sat down on a vacant table and ordered some foods that she figured a mare would love to try.

 

Autumn Glow waited until Vincent finished his order before speaking up, "Hey, if you don't mind me asking, where did you come from? Were you born in Manehattan or you came from somewhere else?"

She should have heard Sabel's muttered goodbye, but didn't. She was too preoccupied trying to figure out what was happening in her head.

 

"A better side? Well that's a refreshing change: normally I bring out the worst in ponies." She said with a glint in her eye. "Not on purpose of course!" She added hastily.

"Sounds great." he said with a smile, getting a table and setting himself at a seat. After a moment, he picked up a salmon based synthetic, something he knew this place could serve a half decent one of. He also ordered a water, before relaxing in the chair. Since this place served synthetic meat, they were kind enough to have chairs provided for the larger bodied Grffin`s. 

 

At her question, Vincent gave a smile "Suppose that`s a fair enough thing to ask. I wasn`t born in Manehatten, I was born in Bavaria, a Griffin city. It`s... kinda like Manehatten, only alot more factories and alot less pleasantries. I started doing deliveries as soon as I was old enough... guess part of me always wanted to get out of there." He gave a shrug. Sometimes he missed the Griffin Kingdom, but... he wasn`t sure he`d ever go back if he could help it.

Percy simply smiled at the mare, once more. He did hear the large flap of the other Griffon's wings, but he was a little bogged down at the moment. "We can look for her tomorrow, I guess." Right now, he was focused on the mare in the room.

 

 

 

"Not on purpose of course!" She added hastily.

 

Percy couldn't help but to laugh at this. He stared at her for a moment, choosing his words, "Well, troublemaker, if not on purpose, you like to show your bad side a lot." He didn't emphasize 'bad,' he simply said it in a funny voice, so as to show he was joking with her. "I like it...but then again, I like your good side too. You seem to be full of surprises...so what else have you got?" He grinned.

Sunset nodded and looked down again.

"O-okay... it shouldn't be too far from h-here..." she mumbled, and started walking, shyly motioning for the pony to follow her. 

"I-I should probably tell you m-my name..." sh said, looking at the mare. "I-it's Sunset Sky..."

Glacier nodded and followed as Sunset began to take her to the café. She kept looking around at the buildings, streets and alleys asshe walked, all the time building a stronger and stronger cognitive map. As Sunset turned to speak to her, Glacier focused her eyes back onto her. "It's a pleasure to meet you Sunset," ​Glacier said with a sweet smile. "I'm Glacier Shard."

Shortly after he defeated Handsome jack, Virv went to play PonyCraft, then League Of Luna. 

Then.. Pony Fortress 2.

"I Dont care what your hat is, Quite frankly, i hate hats in general, and prefer to shoot you lots in the head with mah Brass Beast." 

He said to a pony trying to sell hats in PF2.

Good side? Bad side? She didn't know much about any of that: as far as she was concerned, she was whoever she needed to be... It was a novel way of thinking about it though.

 

"You wouldn't believe half of what I could tell you... Good or bad." She smirked.

He smiled weakly for a moment, then it grew to be a more genuine, and happy one. He tossed aside his previously cocky attitude completely now. "Well...I don't think the side matters. I'm just sure I like you." His tone contained a certain hopeful sound, but also a sort of relief, now that he had finally said what he was dying to say.

Raspberry Swirl made her way up to her aunt's apartment, absolutely exhausted.  Today had been a long day, and she thought she might end up going to bed early, she was so tired.  Her aunt was still downstairs, finishing up the day's business and closing up shop, so Raspberry had the apartment to herself.  Once in her room, she flopped down onto her bed, and used her magic to bring the book she was reading to her from where she'd left it on her desk.  It was the latest Daring Do book, and she was really enjoying it - hopefully she'd get to read a bit of it before she fell asleep...

'Vengeful Celestial, what have you done? You're not really doing this, are you?'

 

She almost lost her composure for a moment: expecting more glib remarks and sparring of words, it came as a surprise when he answered so simply.

 

"You... Ahem, that is... " The words were easy most of the time: she didn't even need to think to twist a colt around her hoof but it was somehow different with someone who she really didn't want to hurt.

He smiled, and sort of chuckled at her unsureness, or nervousness, he wasn't sure what it was. He sighed, in a happy sort of way, "Well, I'm glad you think so." He looked down for a moment, sighed again, and looked back up, "Y'know, I've wanted to drop the tough guy thing for so long now...you actually make me brave enough to do that...I think it's brave." It wasn't, he finally found the words, "No, you make me honest with myself...and you." He smiled on the surface, but on the inside he was worried. "You've only just met her...what are you doing? Why are you feeling this way? This is too much...she's gonna run outta here, you idiot." On the surface, his calm smile maintained.

Autumn slightly nodded a few times along with Vincent's story about his hometown. Their orders arrived, but Autumn ignored the food for time being. This Bavaria city... It certainly sounded familiar, a bit like the place where she was born. She could understand how Vincent wanted to leave that city as soon as he could.

 

"Hm, I assume you're still doing the courier job?" she asked, but she soon continued without waiting for any reply. "I don't know what happened to you in the city, but now you are here, on your own, doing things that you like, that's should be all that matter to you! It's a beautiful thing, living your own life. You shouldn't let your upbringing hamper you down." She nodded assuredly.

"Yeah, I am... well... kinda..." he said, flexing his injured wing slightly, without really thinking about it. "I kinda messed up my wing awhile back on a delivery job. Doctor says if I stay off of it, it`ll heal all right... but I won`t be able to make the long flights like I use to." He tried not to show how much it bothered him. Flying around, exploring the world, seeing new places... it use to be what he lived for.

 

Vincent also wasn`t touching his food, not yet anyway, enjoying the conversation. He blinked as she suddenly spoke of his life, giving her a soft smile. "Yeah... you`re right. It`s tough sometimes though... Ponies sometimes have problems with Griffiin`s... I don`t mean like you, just making a mistake like before, I mean... they can just be harsh, ya know?" He paused a moment, leaning lightly on the table between the,. "what about you, Autumn? Where`d you grow up?" he said, thinking she was probrably from Clousdale, or another Pegisi community.

Autumn Glow grimaced, from both hearing Vincent's question and his injured wing. Being unable to enjoy a long flight, that's not something a pegasus or griffon should endure. "That's... horrible. Have you tried healing magic? I heard some unicorns in Manehattan main hospital can regrow broken muscles and bones. I would recommend to give them a try."

 

For a moment Autumn Glow looked apologetic. "Being leered by some ignorant flankholes wherever you are must be rough. And for myself," she paused, her eyes wandered around the room. "I was born in a very ordinary family, but the circumstances of my birth wasn't exactly the best. I have to keep things hidden or my mother would get very very sad, heh. Hey, the foods are getting cold, let's eat!" She took a bit out of the buttery pancake. "Hm, they could use more sugar in the pancake."

Vincent appreciated the concern the mare had, but ended up forceing a smirk and leting out a short, forced chuckle "Heh, trust me, they tried. Without going into detail, my wing was basically being held on by some bandages, a few strips of flesh, and the effects of a healing potion. Honestly, i`m lucky it didn`t just fall off before I could get it treated properly. The unicorns tried thier best, but..."

 

He gave a small genuine smile as the mare spoke of 'flankholes', appreciating the comment she made. When she got into the matter of her own early life, it was fairly clear to Vincent she wasn`t crazy about the idea of talking about it, so he kept himself quiet.  Didn`t want to try and force her too. As she told him to eat up, he gave a smirk., about to woof down the salmon before remembering basic table manners, cutting it up with a fork and knife. It was preety good, all things considered, although he was wishing he`d gotten the smocked ham synthetic....

Autumn Glow sighed inwardly. There goes the unicorn doctors, she mused. She wanted to help Vincent, but her limited knowledge and connection to expert ponies wouldn't be able to do much. She absentmindedly bit into her muffin. "Muffins, if Raspberry wouldn't like the pancakes, give her the muffins," she commented before eating all of it in one big gulp. Soon all of her food followed, accompanied with passing comments how they would taste to ponies. "Ah... That was good! The day is getting real late now. Do you have any other plan in mind?"
