Manechilles let out a grunt as he recoiled in the air, flapping his wings furiously. This earth ridden was indeed fast...he would have to strategize to defeat him, plus he had his wings. He eyed Blast slyly. "You may think me a fool Blast. I have defeated many a foe much mighty than you. My rage can indeed be a useful tool if I indeed wanted your head well enough...but when it is controlled-" Mane crashed down at Blast, slamming the halberd's blunt side with great force in hopes of crushing the pony while something trickled from the sky.

Manechilles hit like a truck, but Blast got back up. His weapon's blunt force really left a mark on Blast's head. It was slightly bleeding and it was a little black. "But, of course, you probably wouldn't want my head. After all-" Blast quickly kicked the ax out of Mane's hooves, temporarily disarming him. "I'm just a silly earth pony." He finished with a smirk and a few quick kicks to Mane's head.

The blows to the head caused Manechilles to lurch back flinching as he felt the hard blows pummel his face. The training in Storma had failed to fully qualify the unarmed power of this earth pony. Slightly using his wings, Manechilles made himself fly a short distance away. Landing, he used his hoof to wipe the blood from his mouth. He eyed Blast angrily...then he breathed slow again and smiled tauntingly, "Heh, your head would serve no use to me after all the other earth pony heads I have acquired..." Manechilles spit the blood away quickly and grinned, "most of them were tortured before death," the cruel stallion looked deep into Blasts eyes, "slowly...carefully...mercilessly..."

Blast folded his arms and smirked. Manechilles was a pretty tough pegasus, though. The blunt Mane gave him earlier was still stinging, and beginning to swell. "Looks like we're taking a little break from our little game, aren't we?" He said in a cocky tone.

"A break? No, it's just the beginning." Manechilles used his hoof to tauntingly motion for Blast to come bring it. "Your strikes are well placed, yet, see how a Storma Pegasi faces his opponent unarmed...or does this earthridden fear like all others of his kind?" the stallion sneered.

Blast just let out a slight "heh." "If I can take on a giant, three-headed cerberus and succeed, I'm pretty sure I can take on another pony in hand-to-hand combat." Without thinking a second time, Blast began to run up to Manechilles. He was planning to make him eat those words.

Manechilles laughed lightly as he saw the pony racing towards him...right through the caltrops he had dropped when he used the halberd against Blast's head. "How does the raging pain feel earthridden? As brute as I may seem, I am still trained in skilled combat. It appears one's cockiness led to his inevitable defeat," He sneered confidently.

Light shouted as he swung the blade of time at Darkspine with a glorious light. Darkspine dodged and shouted, which made a shockwave, sending Light crashing. "Ugh-Ugh..." Said Light, wiping the sweat from his brow. (He's strong. But he's got one weakness... His confidence!) Light remembered. (That lead to his downfall last time!) "Well, Darkspine, it looks like you've got me red-handed." Said Light, absorbing the blade of time. "Ha! Pitiful little child! I knew you couldn't stop me! You will be a good servant. Bow to me!" Darkspine boomed. Light did so, as he grinned. He suddenly thrust forward and shot the blade of time right through Darkspine's chest. "How-How did you..." Moaned Darkspine. "Your overconfidence is your weakness, Darkspine." Said Light with a grin. "Oh, but you forgot one thing." Said Darkpine, smirking. "I took one of Discord Whooves lives, and I will return more powerful than ever!" Shouted Darkspine as regeneration dust formed around him. (Uh-oh. Looks like I'm done for... Wait! If you kill a pony who can regenerate before they regenerate, they stay dead-) thought Light. (And the blade of time binds evil into it... He CAN'T regenerate!) Light looked with a smirk as the dust turned to ice, and watched the shock on Darkspine's face. "No! Impossible!" Cried Darkspine. "You WRETCH! I will kill you and your descendants!" Said Darkspine in sheer disgust. "Yeah, but that won't be anytime soon. This blade binds evil into it, and since you're evil, we won't be hearing from you again. Ever." Said Light. "Have fun in Hell, Darkspine." Said Light. "NO! I WON'T be stopped!" Shouted Darkspine. Light quickly shoved Darkspine into the time portal, where he shattered to pieces. "Well, i was right. That WAS fun!" Shouted Light, closing the portal. "Now, to fix this world, but I won't erase this yet, there is still one more battle to finish." Said Light, altering the timeline so that the fires stopped. "Now... To stop this once and for all." Said Light with a grin.

Zycrin was in the tower with Dark and Light for a short while now, and he saw Dark die and decided that he could take advantage of the situation. Zycrin teleported to a beam on the Roof above Light and drew out his sword. Without a single noise, he dropped from the roof and plunged his sword through light. "You need to pay more attention to your surroundings my friend." Zycrin pulled out his sword and pushed Light to the ground. "A good fight, but the assassin always beats the soldier". Zycrin taunted Light who was now bleeding a lot on the floor before turning away and leaving the tower.

 

(This one is a fatal wound, you will need to get some help ASAP or this will kill you from blood loss)

"You forgot one thing." Said Light with a grin. "I control time now, and I can erase these wounds like that!" And with that, Light was healed of his wounds. "Now, Zycrin, you want to challenge the RULER OF TIME?!" Asked Light with a snicker. "I can wipe you from existence if I want, so I would recommend surrender."

Blast smirked and let out two slight "heh's" "No problem. A few of your little jack toys won't stop me from fighting." Blast felt the pain spiking through him, but he still pushed forward. He then kicked Mane in the gut, sending him flying in a strait path in the air and crashing into the exterior of a stone tower, cracking it a little bit. "And here I thought you'd play fair and actually fight without using any of your weapons."

Light couldn't help but chuckle. HE ruled time. HE could do anything he wanted with it. But he knew what had to be done. He had to erase this from existence. (But, first,) thought Light, (let's rain on Manechilles' parade.) and with a grin, alight changed the timeline, adding the fall of Storma. (No more Storma, and that will greatly weaken those two. Now, if Blast and Manechilles will stop...) Light had a thought. He communicated to Blast through his mind. "Blast, I've changed the timeline so that Storma falls. Can you stop Manechilles, and fast? Because Darkspine's dead, and we can snap the timeline to normal again. If you can't, then I can teleport you all here. But it's hard to explain how. It's all wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey. Just trust me on this one." Said Light to Blast.

But if you want to prove your strength and abilities first you have to beat me in a fight on my terms. Here's the rules. You can do what ever you want all you have to do is give the other a head start, and no going into the future, I will know about that. Ready. One two three go". Zycrin teleported out of the tower.

"Ha! A simple challenge, let's see, snap this and that, and bring him about... Here!" Shouted Light bringing Zycrin back and pulling out the blade of time. "Time for some mono-on-mono, my friend." Said Light, the blade of Time shimmering in his hoof. Light thrust the blade of time toward Zycrin's chest, knowing that it would make its mark. But Light stopped it and barely tapped the chest of Zycrin, only leaving a cut. "You may think this is little, but this blade binds evil, so enjoy your little revelation of your mistakes." Light said with a grin.

"I think not. For you are now over confident in your abilities as you have the power over time. But can you protect that which is your source of power". Zycrin trotted back a few steps. "Like I said, you have to catch me, and you may have brawn and power, but I have brains and tactics".

 

((In case you did not pick up on my hint, Zycrin is using his magic to slowly corrupt the sword. This should be possible as it is of magical based weaponry and by Logic should be able to be manipulated by a skilled unicorn))

Manechilles was dazed for a short period of time after crashing against the wall. Impossibly, he again rose his feet...then he looked to his army. In horror, Manechilles roared out angrily as they began to disappear. The stallion looked to Light, seeing that Darkspine had fallen. He has changed our past again...he is the very monster Darkspine was. No one should contr-....ugh! A pain shot through Manechilles as the armor he wore aged and a scar began to appear upon his face...the anger...it was...returning. Totally disregarding Blast, Manechilles blasted through the sky, eyes again crimson. He traveled at such a speed that seismic waves began to boom out and knock many off their feet. "Liiiiiiiiiiiiight!!" Like it was but a wooden stick broke through the tower four times, causing it to begin to collapse. As instantaneous as he had done so, Manechilles shot down to the ground and began to swirl in a blur, kicking up the ashes and still fire savvy grass. He guided it towards the sky as the force began to carry even the extremely heavy blocks that fell from the tower. It was a cyclone of fire and rubble. Now it only continued to get bigger.

Skylight Blinked. All was black.

 

"Sir?" She called out softly.

As her vision cleared, she saw Darkspine's corpse, No Light to be found, and a giant-ass cyclone headed for the skies.

She frowned, "Why is EVERYONE out to destroy my beautiful sky?"

 

She got up, then walked towards the blur.

"I know this won't do much," she muttered, "And I know I'm not as powerful as Mr. Light... But he and I aren't all that different. We're both time ponies," She started smiling, "And although I never got to tell him that, it means that I can stop my skies from harbouring such a cyclone of destruction!" She cast a protection spell and commanded all of the clouds to shield the skies from the chaos.

 

It could destroy, this evil creation, but it could not grow and higher.

 

Now, to find Mr. Light.

"Great, all this is going down at once, but finally, quite literally time is on my side." Said Light grinning. "And Zycrin forgets that I was top in my class for all 12 years, I don't need time to stop him with time, I need a trick." Said Light to himself, but as this happened something ark formed behind him. And it was at this time that Light saw Manechilles. "Oh, what's that? Storma has fallen? And you can't stop it?" Said Light laughing. And then he saw the cyclone. "Now THERE'S something that I can stop!" Said Light. "Let's see, darn, it looks like in time that this is inevitable, but lets see, what can I do..." Said Light. "But I'll need Blast's and Skylight's help. Skylight can control the weather, so she can stop the cyclones, and Blast can help me stop Manechilles!" Shouted Light. The thing on the floor had formed, and Light heard it. He turned around and saw the dark cloud. "Oh, damn." Said Light with a gaping jaw. It was that evil king, that lying scoundrel, Sombra. (Great.) Thought Light. (Looks like Darkspine had one thing to bring back before his death.)

"Heh. Seems like he gave up." Blast said. But, looking up, he began to see a big, gaping bright light. It looked like a giant fire cyclone, and it was getting bigger. On top of that, there was a dark cloud forming high in the sky as well. "Ohhh crap..." Blast said, feeling like his eyes shrank.

Manechilles' cyclone of fire was failing, yet the tower began to crumble and the stallion's hate continued to swell. He rocketed to where Light was...not noticing the enormous dark cloud forming behind. A small crater formed as the berserk pegasus landed, eyes only on Light. He expanded and lowered his wings in full attack as it seemed smoke shot out of his heavily breathing nostrils. "I will slaughter you!" he roared as blasted towards Light at air rippling speeds. The powerful pegasus' muscles were showing full capability.

"Blast? We have a problem, beyond that of this cracking tower. An old enemy is back. Sombra has returned." Light said to blast through his mind. Light then turned to see Manechilles. (Let's think here for a minute.) Light thought. (Hmm, a pony rushing at me at supersonic speeds. What to do? Oh yeah!) Thought Light. Light stepped out of the way of the speeding pony, preparing for a fight once he landed, always remaining alert in case Zycrin returned.

As immediate as Light dodged, Manechilles dug his left hoof deep into the ground and swirled back now coming from Light's blind side. It was only a matter of time till the nimble pegasus' evasiveness failed. In brute force, Manechilles was unmatched. He prepared to beat Light to a pulp.

"Ssssssssstreakkkk...." Said Sombra, beginning to form. "He mussssssstttt DIEEEEEEE..." Sombra said as he turned to Light. "Oh, COME ON! Give me a chance!" Cried Light, pulling out the blade of time. "All three of you, you want me, come and get me." Said Light, smirking.

Skylight then reached both of them, "Reporting for duty, sir!" She said, leaping into the action and facing the two enemies.

"Mr Light!" She yelled over the din, "Go get them! I'll hold off any outside attacks from the sky or whatever, okay?" And with that, she turned from them both, casually wishing Blast a good fight as he whirled past, and proceeded to command the skies and hold off the outsiders.

 

Every once in a while, she'd send a streak of lightning hurtling towards either Manchilles or Sombra.

It wouldn't do much, but it would do for some kind of distraction.
