Pixie felt the weight of her body on the bed, her pain had not gone away, but she knew poor Blazing Hoof was doing all he could. "I really feel bad for this happening, I didn't mean to bother this poor pony on his first day." She tried to open her eyes and speak but to no avail.

"Oh dear, I really hope I don't have to stay here all night. How embarrassing would that be?" Pixie didn't realize it, but she had mumbled that last statement in her daze.

"Are you awake?" Blazing asked. He felt like somewhat of an idiot for asking, but he couldn't tell. Pixie was talking, but she wasn't opening her eyes yet. Well even if she isn't awake yet, she can stay here as long as she needs to... I've got the dorm to myself anyway. He thought.

"Are you awake?" Blazing asked. He felt like somewhat of an idiot for asking, but he couldn't tell. Pixie was talking, but she wasn't opening her eyes yet. Well even if she isn't awake yet, she can stay here as long as she needs to... I've got the dorm to myself anyway. He thought.

Pixie fought to open her eyes, and when she did her vision was incredibly blurry, as if the room was filled with dense fog. "Blazing?" She asked, making sure it was him that was there with her. "Am I okay?"

(OOC: sorry for the long post I needed to catch up) Muddle cautiously opened the door to her room expecting her shadow to be waiting for her, but to her surprise it wasn't there. Her room was made up and a few items from her luggage were out of her bags, but her shadow was no where to be seen. 

 

"I could have sworn?" She said to herself, "If it's not here then where..." Before she could finish her eyes noticed a piece of paper on lying on one of her dorm beds. She got closer to it and saw that it was a map of the campus. "Great, it knows how to move around the school, but what's it doing? I got here only a few hours ago."

 

She thought for a moment about some of the things her shadow had done in the past without her or others knowing, "I've still got time," she thought in an attempt to reassure her self, "Maybe I should just calm down and..." 

 

Her stomach growled.

 

"...Go search the lunchroom next, if lunch isn't over. My stomachaches starting to kill me."

 

She folded and placed the map in her pocket in case she needed directions, and headed towards the cafeteria.

"You should be fine." Blazing said. "It only took a simple spell healing to heal you, so it was nothing too serious." He explained. I may not be using magic for a couple... However long it's gonna take til I get that thing working again though... He added mentally.

"Good." Her voice wasn't as loud and bubbly as it normally was. She felt incredibly weak. It wasn't too bad of a fall, but when her head hit the cold tile floor she knew something was horribly wrong. "I'm really sorry you had to do all that, I hardly know you... But I really appreciate it. Thank you." Pixie said, trying not to sound too sappy, but she wasn't too sure she succeeded.

"Good." Her voice wasn't as loud and bubbly as it normally was. She felt incredibly weak. It wasn't too bad of a fall, but when her head hit the cold tile floor she knew something was horribly wrong. "I'm really sorry you had to do all that, I hardly know you... But I really appreciate it. Thank you." Pixie said, trying not to sound too sappy, but she wasn't too sure she succeeded. 

"I'm happy to help you." Blazing said. "I know we've only known each other for less then a day, but you're already my best friend." He said. It may have sounded awkward, but it was the truth. I really hope that didn't sound too weird... I was really just telling the truth. He thought.

"Yeah, I've unpacked... kind of. I left my stuff in my room anyway, if that counts." Cinder grinned. "My room's in a good place, we've gt a good view over the courtyard and stuff. My roommate didn't seem very talkative but maybe she was just shy or something."

 

It occurred to Cinder that she had never set up her chemicals or her workstation. She leaned over the map and pointed out her dorm for Nova to see.

 

"Thats the one. Maybe I should see to getting everything set up soon. When the lessons start I bet I'll have even less time to work..."

Nova looks at the map and puts a quick circle on the room.  "Hmm.. I got it.  Well... would you like me to accompany you to your dorm, maybe help out a bit?  It's the least I can do for you." He asks, bowing his head slightly.  "My room, I believe, is on the way there as well, so it'd be a win-win, not to mention, I still need to drop my stuff off, and un pack."

Nova smiled and stands up, holding a hoof out to the mare as a semi-chivalrous way of helping her out of her chair. "Sweet! That'll be nice."  He is excited, even though it may not seem like a huge occurrence. He loved being in the company of Cinder, and the longer he could spend with her, well, the better. "Shall we be off then?" He asks, still holding his hoof out.

"Yay!~" Pixie chimed in a singsong voice. "I'm like reeeaally super tired now. Being knocked out takes a lot outta ya'." At least that's what I think what happened. She thought, scratching the large scrape on her forehead. The magic spell had made it close up mostly, but it still hurt. "Is my face bruised?" She asked, her ears laying flat against her head. 

"A little bit, but it's not that bad." Blazing said. "I would do a bit more to help, but..." He stopped, not wanting to go any further. Almost slipped up and told her about my magic... He thought. He may have been friends with Pixie, but she couldn't find out about his disability, not yet.

"Aww." She whined, frowning like an unhappy child. "I'll just have to live with it, I just hope no one asks."  Pixie rubbed her eyes with one hoof and yawned. "I hope I can repay you some day, maybe buy a hay salad for you are something..." The drowsiness in her voice was largely noticeable.

"Maybe you should get some sleep..." Blazing suggested, noticing that Pixie seemed to be getting tired. That's not gonna look weird at all, a mare sleeping in my bed... He thought sarcastically. If anyone asked, he would just explain that he was helping a friend who got hurt, simple.

"Yeah... sleep..." She muttered. "Do you have a roomate? They might think this is a bit... strange." Pixie was a bit loopy, but for the most part she was still thinking straight. "I hope they don't mind." She snuggled a bit underneath the blankets, being sure to keep her wound away from the pillow. "Thank you so much for letting me stay here."

"Well, I don't have a roommate, so it should be fine for you to stay here." Blazing said. And just to my luck, I'm gonna have some random roommate that I never knew about, coming in in 3... 2... 1. He mentally counted down. He doubted it would actually happen, but it was his normal negative thinking.

I mean, I haven't really since... well, my head. But have you despite of all that's happened?"

Blazing laughed a little bit, before realizing that he didn't really know what it would be either. It would be... Evening, right? Buck, now I have to go ask somepony about this... He thought. "Well, I'm gonna go take a walk while you sleep I think." Blazing said, before leaving the dorm. I've gotta go find somepony who knows now! He thought as he was walking.

This one has some sort of connection already with you, he thought as he dazed off into his mind. "Oh sorry," he immediately said as he noticed that he dazed off.
