Angel blushed. So he hadn't figured it out. Not that she had expected him to have to figure it out, it had just slipped her mind to tell him.

Well, I'll-

She was interrupted from her train of thought by what sounded like the scrape of  a chair. From how it sounded, it seemed he was holding a chair for her. Following the sound of the noise, she cautiously felt for it, found the seat, and sat.

"Thank you," she smiled in what she hoped was his direction. "But in response to your earlier comment... well, the way you put it sounds nice... But, um, I have something to tell you."

Camou was ready to respond but got  kind of worried for a second "Oh no, did I do something wrong? Did I bore her or is she just telling me something about her I should know?" Camou was then ready to take anything she has to tell her so he replied with a "Yes what is it?"

"I mean, not intentionally, at least. My eyes may have seemed like that's where they wwerelooking, but I wasn't really focusing on it..."

Camou was a bit shocked for a second but then remembered some stuff she did before. "So that explains why you didn't look directly at me when we met or how you're looking at the sky. Wow, a blind pony, don't worry about it I'll be a helpful date."

"It'll probably be good if you are, but I have learned to adapt. For example, when you were 'showing' me to the restaurant, I followed the sound of your voice and hoofsteps."
Her ear twitched as she heard hoof steps coming their way. Had she been able to see, she would have noticed the waitress coming their way.

"I think the waiter's coming," she said, a light smile on her face.

Caomu smiled and whispered "Don't worry, I can adapt." Camou turned to the waitress and cleared his throat ordered his food. "Hi there, I'd like to order a grass sandwich with a side of dandelions and no hay please, and maybe just some plain water as a beverage."

"Well outside of this, my plan for today was spend the day in a cloud or somethin'..." Swinging said. "So basically, I have nothing to do today!" He exclaimed, being randomly happy for no reason whatsoever. Maybe I should try building a cloud house... Just to prove that it's possible. He thought.

 

Shinx finished eating her cupcake and looked at Swinging. "Well it's time that I head on back home now to tell the truth" She said looking at the sun a bit to determine the time of day. "It's almost noon also" She said looking down at the ground at the shadow. "11:35 is the time" She said

"How can you tell?" Swinging asked. "I don't see how you can tell the time without any sort of clock or anything." He added. Am I really just that bad at telling time, can anyone just do it that easily and I need a clock for it? He wondered, suddenly feeling like an idiot.

"I just use the sun to tell the time of day and the shadow to check time like a sundial" Shinx said as she looked at him. "I was taught by my parents and it helps me with helping the birds also" She said as she looked at him. "If you want I can teach you sometime" She offered

"That works, I guess..." Swinging said. "At least I know I'm not stupid for not knowing then..." He added under his breath. He hadn't meant to say it out loud, but it was too late for him to turn back now. Well buck, that was not the right thing to say at all... He thought. He just decided to hope that she either wouldn't notice or wouldn't care.

The governess just rembered she had a blind date! She looks around and her scarf glows and she teleports there. Then she skitshly goes to the table sits down and waits .. 10 min later and nopony is there and she depressedly keeps waiting out of stuburness of somepony coming

Governess looks up at him and blushes ''Oh no it's not atlest it used to be.." governess sighs looking at her uneaten food in front of her. She thinks of her brother and hes untimely death that was caused by her and her fear of going back to gallifrey , the planet that ment more to her than anything has ment nothing to her lately as she loses more and more hope of ever repaying the dept she ows because of all the death she caused lately.

"Alright, coming right up!" the brown Pegasus mare chirped, then turned to Angel. "And what can i get for you?"

Realizing the waitress was speaking to her, Angel turned in what she hoped was the right direction. 
"I'll have the rose salad with sugarcube croutons, please, and water to drink. Thank you." she smiled, still hoping she was facing the right way.
"Got it! Your food will be here soon!" With that, the pony trotted away. Angel turned to face Camou again.

"So, is there anything you'd like to talk about?"

(Since it's been a really long time since you've posted I'm just going to revise my last post.)

"All right," Chain said, a deceptively calm smile on his face. "I'll go check if they're open for the lunch crowd yet." He said as he trotted off quickly. Anyone really familiar with the lay out of Ponyville would know he was taking the long way.He was back in 5 minutes.

"They just got hit by the thick of the crowd, probably because of all the dates today." He said when he came back from behind.

Camou thought for a minute. Because if they did that would be terrible because they wouldn't understand."

Angel's smile faded slightly."Not as much anymore, but it happens. Remember when I was telling you that my parents didn't relly care when I was getting bullied? Well, this is the reason I was bullied,and for the fact that I didn't really fly anywhere. I can fly, I just usually don't because it's easier to bump into something." She sighed. "But you're right, they don't understand. I don't expect anypony to know what it's like not to see, but itwould be nice if they at least tried to understand."

Angel's smile faded slightly."Not as much anymore, but it happens. Remember when I was telling you that my parents didn't relly care when I was getting bullied? Well, this is the reason I was bullied,and for the fact that I didn't really fly anywhere. I can fly, I just usually don't because it's easier to bump into something." She sighed. "But you're right, they don't understand. I don't expect anypony to know what it's like not to see, but itwould be nice if they at least tried to understand."

Camou looked at Angel with a reassuring face, "It's okay, I understand, even though I've never been blind myself, I do know about not being respected for not living up to the social norm of all pegasai." Camou gave Angel a hug, showing reassurance that he understood.

Angel chuckled softly, and gently pulled away from the hug, giving his direction both an apologetic and grateful smile.

"I suppose we should start eating, then," she said, smiling normally again.

Camou let go and blushed. "Yeah I guess we should heh heh." Camou grabbed his sandwich and took a couple bites out of it, trying his best to chew with his mouth closed and not make any annoying biting sounds. "Do you ever wish you could see what the food you are eating looks like?"

She took a few bites of her salad before asking, "So, um, if you don't mind me asking, what do you look like? I'm told I'm white with cyan hair and gray eyes and hooves, but you can see that," she chuckled again.

Camou was a bit confused by this question "Hmm, how exactly to describe camouflage, that will be tricky." Camou thought for a second and then has a  light bulb in his head. "Camouflage is like the color of certain plants that military ponies would use say to hide or blend in with their surroundings, green but there are also spots on it."
