Dozens of faces passing me by,

Not a single one is turning,

Their eyes cold, their hearts frozen,

Will the sun ever rise again?

 

Day after day, the same fate awaits,

People passing, not a single glance faces my eye.

Whether it is in front of me, whether it is behind me,

I'm in this line and cannot turn around or stop.

 

Good Morning, everyone, are the clouds gone?

No, it's just like every other day.

Suddenly somebody passing me by,

I grab, hold on and fly.

 

Ignoring the rules that have been set,

He turned to me and smiled,

Up we went, above the skies.

The sun has finally risen.
