Snowdream At The Gala

It's a request from Snowdream to give her OC a Gala dress.  It's designed around snow and ice, with hills of snow in the back end and the sleek ice in the chest and arm area.  She also has a snowflake neck choker and a nice, simple braided bandana.
 
I'll have a vectorized version of it all cleaned up and colored when I get the chance to, which I'll post when it's done.

Took me a little bit of time trying to make the color's work in the image so it looked like snow and ice for her dress, but there you go.
