Forward into the darling sky of jewels

Beyond the wit and reason below us

Over the hills and far away

In this kingdom we call belief

 

And of the petty natures which drive us to this path

Upon the dreams and lies which fondle our sleep

And the words unspoken yet by living souls

Forever wrought with the dead and cowards

Going gently to sleep in the arms of another

 

Forever hearing and relaying the screaming

Following only a blatant disregard for anything

Allowing the pain of nothingness to envelope us

All when we take wing into this smiling sky

Simple, always, in its nature, devious in logic

Forward into the sky of jewels

Hidden beyond smiles and morals that damn us
