"Oh my sounds very exciting, with root planting and space mapping! Certainly much more exciting than cart pulling, even if I do love my job. Maybe I'm just not meant to be an exciting stallion," Sleigh Bell shrugged at that, feeling a light glee in his heart. These ponies appeared so interesting and had much purpose in life.

They trotted down the street and the farmers market opened up before them, "Here we go, Solar Dust. The farmers market, everything fresh and yummy for hungry ponies." Sleigh Bell winks and watches the market. It is a relatively small one, but ponies are busy walking round the stalls, buying fruits and veggies. WHile the other two are busy watching the market Sleigh Bell looks about, "If I remmeber correctly, there should be a decently priced inn.... there!" Lifting a large hoof he points at a cute little house with a sign that read 'B&B'.

Bayonet smiles. "Danke, Sleigh Bell. If you just wait right here I'll go see if I can get a room" She heads off in to the in to see to just that. After a bit Bayonets walks bout with out her bags and a big smile on her face. "The inn keeper was so nice that when I told her about my situation she gave me a free room until  I get on my hooves." She walks up to Sleigh Bell. leans up and kisses his cheek and gives him a smile. "Danke for showing my to this place."

Mint's jaw set when Blueprint mentioned her being impaired. It was kinda better than being called straight-out disabled, but she didn't like being called impaired either, even though she was visually impaired. She'd always had ponies telling her she couldn't do something because she couldn't see as well as other ponies, and that wasn't necessarily true.

She listened with a hard expression and sighed.

"Sorry... I was just startled, and sometimes I get kinda paranoid over stupid things. Sorry," she said, looking at Blueprint with an apologetic expression.

(Sorry, thought you introduced yourself.)

Blueprint noticed the mare take a few steps backward, and was confused herself. Did she accidentally scare her with the ticket? "Oh no, you're not going to be fined. Though if the stallion - what was his name again - oh, Ace damaged you recklessly, he would have been placed charges for hurting an impaired pony."

Only did the mare explain what was happening did she widen her eyes. No way. Did I just say her name out loud? I did not just do that... Blueprint noticed her "accidental" clumsiness on words and apologized, "Sorry, I've been working on cataloguing names this entire morning at the investigation department and...you know, I happened to be reminded of your name."

Ace chuckled despite the comment about charges, "well not that we've gotten to know each other, how about we all explore West Ponyville?" Considering I'm lost, Ace thought to himself. "If its not to much trouble that is, but you know what they say the more the merrier.

"That would be splendid," Blueprint replied. "Plus, staying here in front of the commercial area would be considered loitering. If you two were here for an excessively long time, I would have to give you a ticket" – she chuckled a bit – "for real this time.

"So, are you two new here?" she asked. "I have been here for some time, but I don't know about you two. Not too bad to have new faces around these parts, considering this place is new itself."

Probably need to relax a bit after all that work, Blueprint thought. Could be fine to tag along with some ponies. Promptly, she asked the partially blind pony, "So...uh...can I be of assistance? I'm just asking, since you're...uh...visually disabled. No, wait, you still have one good eye. You might not need any help. Then again, you lack depth perception...you might bump into someone. But is that really an issue? AUGH!"

Blueprint didn't know helping a pony could be so difficult. She should have left this to the constabulary and guards; she had been taught in law school for several years. But she wasn't an officer or a guard. Damn it, I should have left this to somepony else who knew better about enforcement and all that!

@@@Flying Ace,
Mint stepped back again at the mare's outburst.
"Uh, i'm okay, I've learned to... adapt. I only bump into ponies if I'm going to fast or they are, or both... Or if they're coming to my right. The only thing I real have trouble with is seeing bumps and dips in the ground."

@@@Flying Ace,
Mint's brow furrowed at Ace's awkward attempt to change the subject. Her curiosity was piqued, but now wasn't the time.
"Me too," she said turning to Blueprint. "I got here two or three days ago an have been unpacking, today's my first day out in town. Cooper's, too," she added, nuzzling her dog, who had put aside his urge to jump up on Blueprint for now.

"Newcomers?" Blueprint raised an eyebrow. "No wonder! I couldn't recognize both of your faces!"

She laughed briefly before escorting to two someplace else. "Let's not stay here, otherwise you two would be accused of loitering. Loitering is defined as remaining within ten feet of a certain commercial or residential building for an extended amount of time and interfering with business and privacy," she stated in a calm voice.

Her serenity was broken when she noticed the dog. Never having owned a pet for life, Blueprint took a slight step back. She reluctantly petted the dog, feeling the unnatural fur on her hoof, which trembled, and she returned her hoof, almost if she had touched boiling water.

Blueprint quickly questioned, "So, tell me about your lives and how you got to this place. I'm rather interested."

Such rituals was commonplace for a "long-term" resident like Blueprint. As the town's newest detective, Blueprint knew every face and name of the eight hundred ponies that live in West Ponyville. From the beginning, however, her arrival was not in her grasp. She had been asked by the Equestrian National Investigative Service, or ENIS in abbreviation, to move from Fillydelphia to the government's newly created town nearby Ponyville, with the promise of extra pay and ensured property. For an action taken by a large group, this was irregularly informal and disorganized; though Blueprint did not question their actions and moved to this place.

Blueprint had adapted to West Ponyville daily life almost as if she had always lived there. She had grown to accept the town's "customs" and habits, and now applied them to newly arrived residents. This had been added with the fact that Blueprint heard the teenage colt stutter; though Blueprint took little psychology classes, she definitely knew that stuttering an action she knew meant secrecy. This was an opportunity for the two to act more of an extrovert.

@, Mint noticed Blueprint's uneasiness around Cooper, and held him back when he tried to jump up on her to beg for more pets.
"Sorry about him, especially if he scares you or something. He just always wants pets, and he'd never bite any pony," she said, before focusing on answering her request
"Um, well, I'm not sure what to tell. My life's been kinda boring," she mused, putting a hoof to her muzzle in thought..

(That is my initial reaction, not knowing what to tell. Best way is to ask me questions.)

Ace brought his hoof to his chin in thought, "Hmmm well there was the orphanage, Failing Flight School, reading, reading again, some more reading, moving to Ponyville...nope I got nothing on my life, its blank at the moment." Ace was caught up in his thoughts he didn't notice the information he said about Flight School.

Emerald Yttrium, having only arrived in town from Canterlot on due request from some Royal Mail, was having nothing to do today.  The only real sort of buisness he needed to get done was to find some kind of permanent place of residence.  Unfortunately, the housing has only just sprouted up, and most of the available housing has been taken, so he had to stay in an Inn called "B&B."

Emerald began his day like he would any other.  A natural smile on his face, and a huge amount of optimism about the future was what he wore today.  Honestly, he couldn't be any more content.  His main job in town was being the assistant psychiatrist and part-time nurse for Doctor Jessie Bells. They were fairly simple jobs, he found, and his anticipation for the people he would meet was never quelled.

He started his way out of the Inn when he noticed a particular pony.  It was a white stallion with blue hair, standing just outside the Inn.  He looked pretty interesting and didn't seem to be doing anything important, so Emerald figured this would be a perfect time to meet someone new.  "Hi guy!"  Emerald made a quick trot over to the pony when he noticed something about him...

He's...  kinda...  nice.  Emmy couldn't help but become a little flushed over this new thought.  The closer I get...  the warmer I get.  What a nice feeling...
