Solar and Lunar princesses!

So I'm looking through these forums and I'm like "where to start?" and I decided to contribute some art. Now I'm not too active in the ponyarts even if I sketch ponies very frequently (easy and fun to draw) but I want to share these two pieces, one of Luna and the other of Celestia. Please enjoy!

I showed this to my cousin, and she just said, and I quote, "Holy booty chunks." So, I believe that means that it's good. xD Being an artist myself, I must admire this. Amazing, really! Keep doin' what you're doin' and I think you'll make it far in this community.

Makes them more mysterious to me and to be honest, there is a lot of mystery surrounding these two darlings here. Also glowy eyes are pretty dang cool !

Luna seems to be a favorite in general in this fandom ! I did enjoy drawing her a lot! Although I think that Celestia worked out better in the end, though I do like the Luna one as well. Thank you for such kinds words! I will certainly keep posting.

 Nah, Celestia is my favorite princess by far.. Her mother-figure in comparison to the sister-figure... I just like how Luna looks in your art, it's very beautiful!

Ooh! Celestia has grown on me as well! I always thought her design was tacky but didn't the dang thing just start to look darling in the end. THough I like all the princesses, which reminds me I should def draw Cadence and Twi in a similar style !

You have successfully secured a watch on Deviantart from me just with these two pieces and I can only imagine the rest of your gallery is just as fantastic.  The style that you utilize itself is visually appealing to me and I believe you have represented both of the celestial sisters quite well.  I cannot help but feel that each of them have their own distinctive feel as well, with Luna's pose portraying that of being more reserved while Celestia's seems to exhibit a more confident demeanor.  Perhaps I am looking too far into it, but I thought I would share it anyway.

 

Splendid job with both of these pieces and I cannot wait to see what else you may share in the future!

Thank you so much for you for the watch on dA, appreciate it highly! They certainly do have their own personalities, I wasn't consciously trying anything special but I do believe the mind is capable of taking care of that without me thinking about it too much.
