Thats an very nice konata picture. I'm actually surprised I like Lucky Star as it didn't really look like something i'd watch. But a friend of mine had the comics so I read those and watched the anime. 

 

Got to love the parodies. the Initial D is my favourite. next to the RPG one where Konata gets Laevatienn. XD

Awe. Thank you.

And, I use photoshop for my drawings; though, a lot of people don't like photoshop for drawing.

Tools? Just the brush and paint bucket. (If that's what you mean)

And, I don't think I really have a method. I just look at a picture and do my best to draw it.
