(I post and keep up to date quite often)

Please gimme a quick sum up of what happened in the story-line so far in a few sentences. (the rp has gone quite far, tl:dr)

 

His name is SwigglySwiggly: click here

He is armed to the teeth with an arsenal of brushes, pencils and cannabis.

He is a thrill seeker and a pothead (this will be interesting). 

His objective is to have fun, explore new places, get high then draw stuff while he's high.

Swiggly is accepted.  So far it's day 2 of the roleplay.  A group of the guests have gone into the swamp to explore, a few are still wandering around / exploring the hotel.  As far as the plot goes the only thing that's happened so far is a few of the hotel employees didn't show up to work their morning shifts, so the hotel staff is a little on edge trying to make up for the lack of horsepower (heh...)

 

Though, I will be making another post here shortly that will also be relevant to the plot

The gardens are supposed to be outside, but your post is still 100% fine  It's supposed to be all around the hotel, including the gardens / dock.  It's just stronger inside.

Sorry Swiggly, should have probably made it more clear, the hotel isn't in the Everfree.  It's kinda in a nameless location along Equestria's borders at the moment because I didn't know of a good place in the canon world that would fit the idea.

 

So far the characters have arrived by a ferry, though you could fly or teleport in as well if there was anything you have in mind.

Sure thing!  

 

For the group in the swamp, they ran into a large open body of water.  When Skuldaf tried to swim across, Sabel had to grab him out of the water before a bunch of fish made a snack out of him.  

 

Back at the hotel, a strange smell has started to permeate throughout the building.

No worries Twila, your health has to come first!  The RP is still moving at a pretty slow pace either way.  I'm hopeful that it will get more exciting as the plot unfolds.

 

(which may result in me making those posts more often...  I'm starting to get impatient for the villain to show up, which is a little sad considering I'm the one making up the posts for him not being there yet :3)

Hey everypony, feel like everyone deserves a bit of a status update.  The roleplay is still going, let me stress that, it's just...  In a bit of a slow spot.

 

It's down to the last couple weeks of the fall semester for me, and so all of my time has been devoted to tests, studying for tests, scrambling to finish last minute projects, and trying to prepare for Finals all at the same time.  So, I haven't been able to focus on adding to the story for Occult very well.

 

After next week I should be able to devote my full attention back to here, so things SHOULD pick up again.  I just have to ask that you please have patience with me while I try not to fail my Finals XD

 

So again, the RP is still going and should pick back up in full swing sometime after next week, if things go as planned!  Please feel free to keep posting if you have anything in mind.
