You could say that. Though she is horrible with energy weapons and can perform spells that could either enhance a pony or something.

It isn't something that'll increase one's strength or anything. She's a medic not a steroid giving doctor. The pain increase requires close contact. The pleasure is more of something useless except in the bedroom if you know what I mean ^^'. She can't really boost one's strength or resistance to pain except her nerve-dulling spells.
