Remind me to never hire Draco as a therapist, he's terrible at it. If this is his 'soft' side then I don't want to see his hard side. I summarized exactly what he said. The first thing they teach you in counseling is that you have to make yourself feel sympathetic, not imposing. If he had asked her if she wanted someone to take care of her, for example, that would be far better than "I know you've gone through serious mental trauma, get over it."

He has a point, but he's not very good at making it. Pinkie Pie knockoff whose name I have forgotten is hopelessly addicted to drugs, has PTSD from her parents' passing, and probably has minor radiation poisoning from living near a balefire bomb for so long. Those are things you can't just "get over" or "stop".
