Mainly waiting. As for FoE:PH readings I'd say that the distinct lack is due to its sheer length and incredibly emotional content. I read quickly (100+ pages of a good novel an hour) and it takes me 45-80 minutes to finish a chapter. Its really good, but its also damn chewey.
