I'm going with 20mm autocannons. Now he isn't going to spray fire them of course. His armor allows him to fire without much recoil but can be overwhelmed if he fires for a long period of time. Don't worry, he has back up weapons. He isn't a Reaper for nothing!

Ok then, your weapon will be very good for his armor. But shields won't be affected by much to keep it balanced.
