Magically enchanted steel combined with Smart AI, self-healing armor, strong shields that are effective at blocking anything except high powered weaponry. Then his armor can easily transform into what he needs. An OP armor with a lunatic wearing it. He'll bring everyone down if he has to.

Eh his armor will self-destruct if the user dies. He coded it into his armor.

Surprisingly enough, Occide can move despite his armor state.
