request Requesting an OC pic

Hello I am Patterson Rio Tacitus, but you can call me Pat.Rio.T. or just Pat.

 

I would like a pic of my OC done. I am having alot of trouble finding a good artist that would do the pic the way I want it who isn't already piled up with orders.

Basically expand on my original pic, but making adjustments and making it better and 20% cooler

I would like it to be in at least close to show style, with him standing, poised to fight with his bo staff, in a glowing night sky with a transparent American flag in it(I hope you can tell what I mean) 

 

As for adjustments,

I would like for his shield and bo staff to be more transparent and have a slight glowing aura.

I want his shield to be bigger too and make sure that it is convexing like a normal shield.

Then there is the insignia. There is an SSM on the side of his head and a star over a blue circle on his chest, I would like for these to be combined so that the SSM is over top of the star.

And lastly make sure that his eyes glow too, a little brighter than his weapons.

 

I hope that this isn't too much to ask for.  Please ask questions if you are unsure of something.

Well maybe you could just do him without the complicated background and/or his weapons.
