"well she is a stable pony and stable ponies can lose to the wasteland quite easily unless their like blackjack and lil pip but maybe there's still a way to keep her sanity from going to zero ". she then places a wing tip under her chin "the only thing i'm hoping is she not to have any suicidal though's".

 

moonlight on the other hoof was watching the two from a distance she was staring right at them.

" Oh buck..." Blacklight muttered as he noticed from the corner of his eye that Moonlight was staring right at them. turning back to Ruby he said, " You don't think she could hear us, right?"

Meanwhile as vatrana flew to her target, a group of slavers suddenly sprung their trap as two snipers began firing at vatrana, hoping to hit her wings. while another two fired two flashbangs at her.

"no but unless she can read our lips".  ruby said nervously. then in a crimson flash moonlight teleported to them ruby squaked and hugged blacklight.  then said "aw tumingin sa iyo kaibig-ibig dashites gonna makakuha inilatag?" (il let you translate that).

vatrana mannaged to dodge some bullets some hitted her battle saddle. she then take's out a grenade and throws it at the slavers.

" Awww great....Moonlight gone crazy on us..." Blacklight sighed as he realized that not only was Moonlight pissed as somepony could be at them, that the entire room had gone quiet as they all turned their attention on Moonlight.

" Oh buck!" a unicorn slaver shouted as the grenade landed next to her. She tired desperately to fling the grenade away, though it exploded, killing her instantly. The other slavers continued firing, one firing a net a vatrana.

"is it me moonlight or you became a lot more creepy? sure the blood red flowing mane and bat wings and a horn and dragon eyes are already creepy but still". ruby said with a annoyed tone. moonlight looked around at the ponies then spoke. "what? it's bat pony language". she sighed and teleported away.

vatrana dodged the net but it cough her tail which she shakes off she made sure navy frost was not being targeted she then fire's little gilda at the pony that threw the net.

As the casino returned to normal, Blacklight replied, " She's not really as much creepy as she is annoying. I pity the ponies she teleported to. Also Ruby, your still hugging me."

One of the bullets stuck the slaver in the fore-hoof, causing him to scream in pain as he clutched his injured hoof, effectively putting him out of the fight. One of the snipers however, managed to shoot vatrana's left wing, causing it to start pouring blood.

ruby released the hug and blushed.

vatrana screamed struggling to stay air born and struggling to not crash she pulls out a healing potion. she quickly drinks it the potion was watery but it did the trick. only stopped the bleeding though she then throws a grenade at the snipers then a another one at a crowd of slavers.

Blacklight just smiled as he said, " Well Ruby, I think I've won enough from this game. I think, I'm going to try the slots next, do you want to come?"

The grenade missed the snipers, though the other killed the injured slaver. The slavers at this point, redoubled their efforts as they switched their fire from vatrana's wings to her saddle bags, hoping to destroy any healing potions she had.

Cryptical Code was in the middle of pouring another bottle of wine into his glass as a sudden light flashed right next to him. Raising only a single glance he spoke, "Who is it?"

The heart of the Northern Union, the capital of the North, Trottingberg is one of the cities focused with repairs. Already most of its main streets and buildings have been repaired, soon it could possibly be the first city to be repaired back to its pre-war state. 

A young stallion, wearing a suit, sat in his chair, the room in a pristine condition. Sipping a small cup of coffee, he waited, as the head of the Northern Union, he had important matters to attend to. Such as the trouble being stirred up in the south. Something he'll have to look into.

 ruby spoke in a exited tone. "sure i would like to try those out".

 

moonlight cleared her throat then lowered her head to cryptic's ear. "i don't feel comfortable being around here the way i look is attracting unwanted attention". she whispered

vatrana then started muttering every curses she can think of at the moment  luckily being a mercenary has it's advantages like getting used to dodging battle saddled slaver's she flew under of the of the slavers and shot the slaver in the belly most specificly part of the slavers body that isn't protected.

"I suppose, you are an alicorn, a bat pony one at that," Cryptical Code simply stated, finished drinking his cup, he glanced around the room.

The President of the Northern Union looked at the map carefully, he had plans to be make. First, was sending in a company to secure the factory and the rest shall be detailed in as soon as those scouts report back.

Blacklight walked over to one of the nearby machines and gave Ruby a good amount of chips as he said, " Knock yourself out."

The slaver collapsed in pain slowly bleeding to death as the other slavers continued firing, putting several holes in her saddle bags as it began leaking healing potion.

 vatrana growled then threw a grenade at the 7 slaver's this time it was a incidinary grenade.

moonlight sighed an raised her head again. "still what's with the wasteland and staring at alicorn's i hope i don't get ponies trying to hostage to breed an army of alicorns or something". she said in a frustrated tone.

"That would be pretty damn terrible," Cryptical Code said, pouring his wine bottle into the cup. He then spoke, "Those slavers that ambushed us probably had that idea Moonlight."

It took a while for the message to be carried out, but when it did, the company started moving, branching off of their Corps C to head down to secure the factory a mile off of their border.

Five of the slavers were caught by the grenade, screaming in agony as they slowly burned to death leaving the two snipers who at that moment fired simultaneously, hitting both of vatrana's wings. " I got you now..." one of the snipers said as he lined up his rifle at vatrana's head.

There wasn't much difficulty for the company as they moved across the Northern wasteland and toward the factory. In a matter of minutes they'll be entering the Southern wasteland areas, that is where most of their trouble will start. It is still unclear what resistance they will face.

of course vatrana flew out of the snipers view then vatrana flew right in front of him and fired lil gilda right at his head she then flew out of view of the last sniper.

The Major stopped, overseeing the factory from his cliff. The scouts before they continued on their scouting mission reported nothing being inside the factory. But it was best to play caution as he sent five ponies down there to check if everything was fine.

The last thought the sniper had before he was hit with the bullet was OH SHIT!. the other sniper, realizing he was the last one left, swore at vatrana as he traded his sniper rife for a fallen slaver's shotgun as he hid behind a rock.

 vatrana flew over the sniper she was behid she grabbed him in the hair and slapped his shotgun away. she then places a wing blade under his throat.

The soldiers slowly approached the factory, opening one of the doors and entering in.

"Jackpot!" One of the soldiers whispered as they checked the factory. From the looks of it, this factory could easily supply the North with fresh supplies, with these fresh supplies, they can increase the repair rate of the North and further the goals of the North!

Draco was with Majestic in the Ultra Lux gambling and drinking. He missed the company he used to have. He shook his head as he lost a hand of Blackjack. "Majestic are you drunk," Draco's speech was slightly slurred from him being slightly drunk. He smiled a kind smile "So how is your winning streak going?"
