Repsol sat down and counted his ammo, removing all remaining shells from his saddlebags and the clip on his trusty shotgun. 26 shots left... this ought to be a problem. He lost his standard issue combat knife in a building somewhere down the road, and he didn't carry any sidearms. Luckily, the shotgus spread made for it to be pretty much impossible to miss target, and Repsol was sure to make every last shot count. Refilling his clips, he put one in the gun and pulled the pump action, relieving the satisfying çlick-click' of the mechanics pulling a round in the chamber.

He holstered the gun back on his back between his saddlebags and made for an opening in the walls, ready to go serve his officers orders.

DJ Alicorn walks over to ArrowWing and stares at him in the face "You got a problem with how I'm running things? I can easily just kick you outside and let the zomponies have you. Or I could send you to a group of stranded civilians and let you guard and command them. That'd be just as painful." He says as he walks over to Shining Midnight. "Didn't you say you were the Royal Watcher before all of this happened?" Shining Midnight stands and salutes "Yes, Sir!" "Then why aren't you on the roof looking out for any sign of trouble?" Shining didn't respond, he just went straight to the roof to watch over the area.

Steel came upon another building and opened the door and found ((woho natural twenty )) several large bags of trail mix and ten gallons of water 12 throwing knives and one 9mm pistol with four clips and a box of ammo steel checked the gun it was already loaded then he seen why two mares had died here he stabbed both in the head so they wouldn't turn then picked up everything and started walking to base

Blueberry Cream looked at the hole. It was large enough for her to fit through. She quickly ducked out the hole and wandered around a bit. She entered the nearest house and instantly found a bag of cookies, some water and a sharp dagger. Picking it all up, she went back into the 'base'. She slipped back through the hole and put everything in the supply pile--except the dagger, which she put in her saddle bag along with her own personal supplies, which she had incase she got lost.

Steel made it back to base he over to the supply pile and unloaded all the trail mix 11 bags the water 10 1/2 gallons and walked away keeping the throwing knives and gun with its ammo sometimes it could be useful to have a ranged weapon that requires little effort

Cryptical Code saluted at his superior officer's order and headed for one of the openings. He had his rifle ready in case if any zomponies try to ambush him. Deciding that a house not too far away from here, he walked towards it, picking up speed. His gun primed when he entered the building, his pistol at his side for safety.

After scouting it, he managed to scrounge up a days worth of canned food, a couple bottles of water. Nothing else noteworthy, he retreated back and deposited the supplies at the supply pile.

Repsol shot out through the opening in the previous building. For he had next to no ammo left, he decided that right now a stealthy apporach would be the best thing to do. Too bad he wasn;t really good at stealth....

After getting his bearings on a building he thought worthy to search through, he gallopped to one of it's walls.

His back against the wall, he slid through the grass surrounding it almost invisible. Making as little sound as he could, he unholstered he shotgun and made for a nearby window. He shot up and pointed the shotgun through the window. The room seemed to be clear, and he didn't notice any movement in his direct surroundings either. He smashed the window using the back of his shutgun, right when a loud gargling sound could be heared right besides him.

Arrow lets out an irritated sigh,"Some ponies are just too hard-headed." he mumbles to himself as he flies up to the roof and looks around the area."We can't baby everyone.Some have to work to get things done.I hope those guards realize that quick or we're all done for." he says to himself while he secures the blades,"It's not like I want it that way,but we all have to do something at one point."

DJ Alicorn appears next to ArrowWing "You do realize that I can hear you. And once I think of something that they can do SAFELY, I will give them something to do. Otherwise, it'll be too big of a risk. So why don't you just cut down on the idea's. I have millions of idea's in my head, and most of them you couldn't think of in your dreams. And if you wanna be so helpful, why don't YOU carry all the supplies."

Noticing a room he had missed earlier, Blacklight had walked quickly over to the door and ever so slowly opened it. Discovering a small bedroom, Blacklight briskly walked over to the endtable near the bed and after a quick search; Finding nothing. Muttering a swear, he decided to check under the bed and found to his found surprise a gun case. Opening it, he found a M9 silenced pistol. Checking the weapon briefly, he was about to head back the others when a low growl was heard behind him. Turning rapidly, he was tackled be a zompony into the bed and began desperately trying to hold back the zompony as he shouted, " Guys, I need help!"

"If that's the only thing I'm allowed to do,then fine.Just make sure everything's together and I'll get it." Arrow says in a toneless voice as he pokes his hoof at the ground,"Look,I'm not saying that what what you think is out of line,but at some point we are going to have start having civilians help with this stuff,so why not have a civilian that is offering to help now?Just because I wasn't trained to fight doesn't mean I can't help." he says,trying to sound caring in his tone,"We are all in the same spot here,so why shouldn't we help each other out of that spot." he states as he lets out a sigh,"Just tell me when the supplies are together...",then he lowers himself onto the ground as he hears a plea for help,"You should go help..."

Icarus exited from the building he had been in, were he had set up a makeshift infirmary. He was about to call to the pony on the roof of a nerby building, but then noticed the Alicorn next to him.

 

This must be that military commander everyone is talking about.

Icarus adjusted his mask, and closed in the distance so he would not have to call to loudly.

 

"You, Alicorn, you are the leader of the military unit here, correct, I believe I need to talk to you if you are not to busy" He said, just found enough so the Alicorn could hear it.

In one swift motion Repsol managed to jump inside the building. He aimed outside the window and locked his sights on the forehead of the zompony. 

However, he didn't pull the trigger. The zompony didn't seem ableto climb intp the window, and stumbled down a few times. Releasing some shots while he was alone wasn't the smartest thing to do, especially since he was on a solo mission right now. So he dismissed the zomby for later and scouted further through the building.

It was your typical post-apocalytic house, smashed belongings everywhere and pretty much everything had been raided by the survivers that had come through here before Repsol did.

After about half an hour of searching Repsol decided this house was empty, and made way back to the rest. Empty hooved, that is.

When he was back outside of the structure however, he noticed the zompony from earlier still trying to get in the window on the side of the building.

It looked pretty stupid, making for Repsol to laugh a bit.

The zompony however, heared this and made way for Repsol surprisingly fast. It jumped at Repsol before he could take out his shotgun and bit his right ear. Repsol kicked the zompony off of him and put a shotgun shell right between it's eyes.

Now bleeding, Repsol gallopped to the team as fast as he could, pressing down on his wound to prevent blood circulation.

 

This is it, Repsol was infected. Sompony needed to cut off his right ear...

As he entered the team's building, he shouted as loud as he could. "Somepony cut off my ear! I've been bit!"

Icarus awaited the Alicorns response, before he suddenly heard someone screaming. He unsheathed his crossbow, and ran over to the screaming to see a pony holding his ear screaming incoherently.

 

"Slow down, Whats wrong?" Icarus questioned the pony.

@@Commander Tangent,"I got bit in my right ear! You gotta cut it off before i turn!" Repsol practically begged the masked stranger in front of him. He could feel his ear growing a bit numb, making for him to freak out even more. Oh how he regretted loosing his combat knife now...

Steel was gas the and cleanly cut rasples ear off and pulled out a small med kit and poured the disinfectent on the wound and stitched it up "they're you go " steel said tossing the ear away as he cleaned his blade and needle for the next time he needed them

Icarus ran up to the pony, and immediately checked his wound. The other pony had cut it ok, but not in a good area, he was bleeding now.

 

reached into his bag and got out two things, a small vial of chloroform, just in case the other pony couldn't stay partially silent, and a large wrap of gauze.

Repsol cried in the ponies hoof as he could feel the sharp surgical tool slide through his flesh. He always wondered how it would feel to loose something dear, he just hoped it wasn't something like a ear or something.

As the pony did his job, Repsol tried to get back to a normal breathing routine again. The pain fleshing through his skull as his ear was now completely gone.

Icarus waited till the pony calmed down, then released him.

 

"Befor you ask, no you will not loose your hearing, but you have lost what directs sound into that ear, so you are going to be partially deaf in that ear now" Icarus informed the other pony, hoping that he wouldn't freak out.

Arrow flies in through the window and sees the scene taking place,"Well,what in the name of Celestia is going on here?" he asks as he looks apon everyone and notices the bitten ear."That isn't good.He'll be alright,right?" the pegasus asks to the two ponies by the injured one's side,"The last thing we need is to lose another pony."

@@Commander Tangent,Repsol let the pony's words sink in for a moment. "So, partially deaf? I'll still be able to hear something, right?" He sighed deep as the pain in his ear returned with a vengeance, and he put a hoof to the direction where once his ear was. Carefull to not touch the open wound he rubbed his head next to it a bit.

Some blood dripped over his eye and on his muzzle.

Oh, right. Open wound. 

"Anypony got some bandages or something?"

Looking around for a weapon as he holds back the zompony, Blacklight see a nearby lamp on the endtable and useing his wing. Grabs it and smashes it on the it's head, allowing Blacklight to throw it off and quickly decapite it with his sword. Quickly gathering the M9, he rushes out of the room and slams the door close.

moonlight who was left behide by mistake (awkward intro ) found a sword while she was looking for everypony else she havent been bite or touched by zomibes yet. she then yelled. "hey everypony please dont shoot any pony need help"

"Hold Still" Icarus said, pouring a good amount of disinfectant on the wound.

 

Icarus then got his Gauze and warped and covered the wound .

 

"And yes, actually mostly deaf, the  organs needed to receive sound are there, but  there is nothing to direct sound into them." Icarus explained, as he finished covering the wound.

@@Commander Tangent,Repsol felt sadness welling in his head. He loved hearing, basically hearing was his life! Music, the voice of his friends, being able to get commands and most importantly, being able to hear the enemy. How was he even going to survive with only half his hearing power?

Then it dawned to him that the guy that saved him, was practically a stranger to him. Deciding this to be a bigger issue, he left the thoughts of himself behind.

"Thank you so much, sir. You saved my life! I'll deal with the deaf issue later, right now i owe you a debt, and i WILL get you out of here alive."
