vector art tips

hello everypony my name is microspark, I'm in need of some tips of vector art styles and techniques. that is all   brohoof!

I'm still learning how to vector better, but I think I can give a tip or two.

Eyes: For eyes I suggest using circles and ovals. These make the face and the vector itself look more neater and cleaner. If one is going to edit the ovals to fit what they need, edit carefully.

Lines: Make less of them and use them to their full capabilities.

Organization: Keep your layers organized and in folders. This is really hard for me due to the amount of layers I need and sometimes they overlap each other.

I can't say much about the technical side of it, but as with anything, take your time. Rushed work will not turn out as nice, so invest time if you want higher quality.
