ooc Can somepony introduce me to RPing?

Obviously, the word 'roleplay' gets thrown around a lot on here, and it seems interesting. I'd like to try it. Are there any 'beginner' roleplays that are short and simple?

I would have to agree with Lighting, though in my opinion, your oc needs a lot more work in the personality ex. likes and dislikes, fears.., and in the backstory department before you try and join a role-play.

you should definitely work on the backstory a bit more, tough i think it should be possible to develope a backstory while in a RP. it all kinda depends what you have in mind for him.

Well, here's a good starter...

 

One day, Red Pegasus was trotting along with a bag of cookies in his mouth when suddenly, he noticed a mysterious glowing box. Being a silly pony, he decided to open it. Seconds after he did, he was teleported to an underground dungeon. "Oh noes! I left my cookies behind!" he exclaimed, then desperately tried to find an escape.
