Strong stood back up, facing the scorpion that struck him, anger flaring, "That all you got?!" he charged once more, spinning to land a buck the scorpion as hard as he could.

Strong Hoove's buck sent the scorpion flying backwards into the burning ship, where it fell to the ground, unconscious. (0/5)

(Battle over, regular rp resumes. Ponies who aren't at full health should remember how much they have at the moment, and should rp as injured, depending on the level of severity. Usually 75% constitutes battered, 50% or less constitutes wounded, 25% or less is critically injured. Firestorm is going to be doing future battles now, this was an example.)

 

"Well," said Dichromate, clearing the magic still swirling around his head from the air. "That was...interesting." Nothing too serious, thankfully.

"Yay!" Summer cheered happily as she saw the last scorpion fall to the ground. "You guys are the best!" She rushed towards the group.

Nidal ran forward, arriving at the last standing scorpion. She swung her head back, spotted and marked her target (aim), and swung down with her steel pipe.

Nidal jumped back a bit after doing her full attack, poised to sidestep the scorpion's attack.

Seeing the scorpions already down, Nidal feels rather silly. Still, she flips one over and feels its underside. "They're alive. Unconscious or faking it, though. I wonder if I can tame one..."

 

((We need a skill to tame wild animals pronto!))

Absolon walked slowly up to Dichromate.

 

"Sorry about not helping, but I'm a doctor, not a warrior. Oh and speaking of which, I don't suppose any of you chaps sustained injuries in your little scuffle?"

 

Absolon noticed the other ponies that had gathered.

 

"Well well, what a delightful suprise to see other ponies. The names Absolon."

 

Absolon notices Nidal nudging the scorpion.

 

"Careful there, Those things have a nasty habit of killing ponies."

"You're a doc? Then give me that gun and any ammo for it. I do better with them than this pipe." She walked over to the doc and held out her hoof for the gun.

(seeing as Strong is 7/10 health I will say he isn't very injured, but either firestorm or Aureity tell me his injuries)

"I'll be fine for now, thanks. The name is Strong Hooves" he eyed the pipe, "could I have that?" he asked

"I'm sure you can put it to better use than I."

 

Noticing Strong Hooves injuries.

 

"I would recomend covering that wound. I can stitch things but If it gets infected the next step is amputation"

Dichromate yawned. "Good, no one died," he muttered carelessly. He turned his attention the the other pony that, until recently, had been the scorpions' target. "Hello! Who are you and how are you doing?" he asked. "Especially the latter," he added, seeing the sharp-looking wound on her left flank.

Summer blinked. "I-I'm alright," she murmured. "I'll be fine, really. My name is Summer Sunrise."

"You're bleeding," scowled Dichromate. "That's not 'fine'. Any medically-minded people here?" he asked the others.

Absolon heard Dichromate's inquiry and moves over to Summer

 

"As fortune would have it, yes. Now. Lets inspect the damage shall we."

 

Absolon scans over Summers wounds.

 

"Tell me, were you stung by the scorpion?"

"Ye-Yeah," Summer stammered. "I'm sorry, I don't mean to be a burden..."

"Nonsence, It's not your fault that you were ambushed by scorpions. Now stay still."

 

Absolon's horn starts to glow

 

"it's fortunite for you that my talent is toxicology and surgery. Alright it seems that you havn't ingested a fatal amount but it's better to be safe than sorry."

 

Absolon moves over to one of the dead scorpions and takes a posion sample from it's stinger. He than uses his magic to create a anti venom [His talent being poison's and the treatment of them]

 

"Alright this should do it"

 

Absolon rubs the mixture into the wound

 

"this might sting but you should be fine"

 

 

(OOC: I'm going to work for the next 5 hours so pretend that My guy is just tagging along ok.)

Summer winced a little, but relaxed as the pain seemed to settle down. "Thanks for your help, I appreciate it a lot." She relaxed, sinking to the ground in relief.

 

Dichromate glanced at the sky. "We STILL have to find shelter. Unless everypony feels like staying in a burning plane, I'm going to start setting up camp." He began dragging a few of the large metal sheets scattered around the area towards him.

"I'll get the wound covered shortly" told Strong to the doctor. He went to the other pony who was dragging the metal sheets, "leave me to the heavy lifting, you can help find any supplies we can scavenge if there is anything left"

Nidal took the gun and strapped it to her foreleg high enough in reach of her mouth. She put the clips in a small pouch at her side where her one medkit was stored.

Nidal looked at them building the camp and healing others and the like. "While you do that, I'm going to get a look at the surroundings, maybe there will be a settlement nearby." She took off into the air and checked the area around them for hostiles, settlements, and anything else.

The color of light sky blue surrounded Hiccup's body, and the only sound he could hear was the roaring winds blowing through his mane. He took a breath, savoring the springtime air. This was the life...

 

"Let's dive Toothless." He told the dragon who he was currently riding. The dragon instantly obeyed, and shifted it's angle downward...

 

The dragon was only obeying his best friend's commands... It wasn't his fault for what happened next...

 

 

"AH!" Hiccup sat up, heavily panting, his mane full of perspiration. He was sitting upon the hot sand of the fiery desert. Not located too far away was the smoldering wreckage of the plane. He closed his eyes, instantly recalling his recent nightmare, one that has been haunting him for the past three years...

 

He rose to his feet, and quickly scanned his surroundings once more...

It will no doubt have the flight log, mission statement, and perhaps mabye some more medical supplies. Speaking of which I believe It would be best If I keep hold of said medical supplies.Oh and If anypony would be so kind as to accompany me into the bowls of the ship it would be much obliged"

Hiccup nearly jumps as he hears movement toward the wreckage of the plane. He lowers himself and sneaks toward the scrap pile of metal, and peeks his head around slowly...

With the setting of the sun, fires from the wreckage provide some protection against mutant animals that roam the dark desert. Still unable to find out where you are exactly, a few of you went deeper into the wreckage to look for anything that will provide information regarding your whereabouts while the rest stay outside to keep watch. You continue to scan your surroundings with the aid of the moonlight. You notice the moon has a gaping wound in its side, as if something has taken a bite out of it. You remember tales of how Adonis brushed past the moon and took a chunk out of it before heading for the planet. The desert is no place to stay without proper shelter so you make up your mind to do what you can to leave the desert. While you are deep in your thoughts, you do not notice Hiccup spying on you.

Dichromate dropped the metal sheets he was carrying on the ground and sat down, exhausted. "It's no use," he said to the others who were still outside. "We can't build anything to last the desert out of this junk. We'll get mauled by snakes in two days, I betcha. WE have to find a way out, and to do that we need to know where we are." He frowned. "Time to go inside, then. To hay with the temporary shelter..."He pushed open what was left of the east bay door and disappeared inside the ship.

Sunrise looked down at the metal scrap that Dichromate had abandoned and Strong was lifting. "Oh..." I can't really be of much help here. "I-I'll go inside too. To look for anything we might need." She hurried inside the entrance Dichromate had just disappeared into, embarrassed.

Strong rolled his eyes, he soon followed the other two. "Perhaps the ships bridge still has some Kind of map we could use. Wouldn't hurt to check" he said as he laid his large frame down.

[Firestorm 8]

You see Absalon in the wreckage looking for something as well. As you scour the wreck, you find something on the ground. It looks like a metal circlet with circuits running around it. It is definitely no ornament as far as you can tell but you're not sure what it is exactly. It looks like it is still in good condition though. You also find a cache of damaged metal crates with the word "Supplies" written on it. Not all of them are damaged enough to be open pried with your hooves but a steel pipe or crowbar would do the trick.

Strong eyed the crates and took one of Dichromates pipes to pry them open, curious as to what was inside them.

"Circuits, eh?" said Dichromate. "That always means electronics...maybe my area of expertise can finally be used!" He bent down towards the strange circlet, attempting to decipher what exactly it was.

 

Summer looked around the ship's interior. I'm not much use here either. But if I can find some useful things, I can redeem myself towards the ponies who helped me. She carefully started scouring the ground, looking for anything interesting.
