Glacier took the plate of pancakes from Shamrock's hooves. "Peaches are good," she said with a smile and a nod. "I like preety much every fruit or vegetable on the planet." She sat on the floor and used her magic to lift one of the pancakes. Instantly, it ripped under the accidental force Glacier put into her levitation. With a despondant look, Glacier ducked her head in shame and annoyance.

After a moment, Glacier put a piece of pancake into her mouth and began to chew it. "These are pretty good," she exclaimed "Thank you."

@@Filthy Cropper,

Shamrocks smiles grows. "No prob. I'm glad you like them." She takes a seat next to her and looks out over the city. The day felt like it was going to be a good one. Especially now that she has a great new mare-friend  by her side. Se moves closer to her and rest her head on her shoulder. "So after you're done eating. What do you feel like doing today?"

For a short while, Glacier pondered Shamrock's question. "I haven't really got any plans on what to do," she replied. "Hopefully, you've got some ideas as I can't think of anything I'd enjoy that I can do around here." She turned her head to the side and placed her chin on top of Shamrock's head and smiled.

'There's got to be SOMETHING to do around here. It's a big place after all.'

@@Filthy Cropper,

Shamrock thought about it for a sec. "Well we've already took a walk in the park and you don't like drinking that much. We could head to a gym and I could show you my moves in a spar. But your instincts might take over and we might end up hurting each other more then we intended too." She scratches her chin in thought. "How do you feel about dancing?"

Glacier scratched her chin with a hoof. "Well, it'd certainly be something different,"  she mused. "Dancing' s an one of those things I never did when I was in society. What sort of dancing are we talking about? A rave? A waltz? Something completely different?" Glacier stood up and stretched out her legs. "I can only apologise for the horrors you're going to s3 when I dance. I've never been known for grace."

Shammy chuckles. "I doubt you're that bad. And to be honest I don't do a lot of dancing myself. I just thought it could be fun. But I'm not that much into raving or waltz. I'm more of a rocker and the closes thing that comes to dancing that rockers do is moshing. But there are a few bands that are playing that has music you can dance too."

You seem to know much more about the local area and its happenings than I do,"  Glacier replied, still stretching her limbs. "It'd be best if you lead the way. Just remember the whole physical contact thing."

Glacier returned to her plate of pancakes and took the pancake she had started eating. She chewed and swallowed quickly. Soon, she had worked through the entire pancake. Quickly, she moved on to the remaining pancakes and hastily worked her way through them.

Glacier shook her head. "I didn't mean like that," she replied, keeping up with Shamrock as she wound onto the streets. "It was more of me reminding you of what I'm like in cramped spaces with lots of other ponies. When Shamrock nuzzled her neck, Glacier smiled. "Ok,"  she whispered into Shamrock's ear. "I'll make sure I do."   When she finished speaking, she pulled Shamrock into a soft and warm cuddle. "It's great to meet a pony that sees me as more than a feral beast. "Its been quite sometime Filly. I hope you've missed me." He speaks to himself with a happy smile.

Midnight hopped off the train. As soon as he exited the doorway, he was immediately barraged by a wave of hot air.

"So what I've heard is true... it really is hot here..." Midnight thought.

He continued to walk away from the train station, breaking out into a sweat.

He smiled as he thought of the lyrics to a song in a musical. "Somebody oooopen up a window! It's hot as hell in Fillydelphia!"

Midnight checked into a hotel, dropped his stuff off in his room, and decided to go for a walk and see some of the historic sites. Work could wait. After he cooled off and had some water, of course.

"Alrighty your room number is 215 on the top floor." She finishes, "Thank you." He responds and heads towards the elevators.

Glacier's face erupted in a deep blush when Shamrock kissed her. "Shall we continue?" Glacier asked. "This dancing idea sounds quite interesting. Are there any important things I need to know beforehand? Although you said you hadn't done much dancing, it wouldn't be fair if I showed you up with my lack of talent."

It was stilll fairly early in the morrning so the streets were quiet and the light was still dim. Cats prowled the street and patrolled their territory, eager to protect it from potential invaders. One large black tomcat strolled up to Glacier and looked into her eyes. After a moment, it hissed loudly an dashed into a dark alley.''How kind," she thought.

In his room Dollarhooves tosses his satchel onto the nightstand and plops onto the bed sighing,

"Nothing beats a a soft bed." He smiles happily, hugging the pillow tightly with a slight cycle.

He jumps off from his bed, sitting on a chair near a window viewing at the city scape, "Potential awaits, as you said once papa." He grins.

Shammy watched the cat run off. "Looks like you do got a little animal in ya." She chuckles. "But anyway, dancing ain't that hard. You just feel the music and go with it.  Shamrock's smile vanishes after Glacier said that. She started to feel really bad for saying that now. She slowly moves closer to her. "I-I'm sorryGlacier. I didn't know." She nuzzles her neck apologetically. She couldn't think of anything else to say, what could she say? After a few seconds she thought of something. "During the last week da was still alive... I did nothing but cry. I cried so much my eyes got so swollen I couldn't see for three days. I was just so scared of loosing him." She looks down. "When I went to visit him, I couldn't see him. Which made me want to cry even more. But then he took my hoof." She takes hold of Glacier's hoof. "And he said to me 'Darlin! What happen to your eyes, did you lose a fight with a double end bag?'. I told him I've been crying, then he said 'Well whatcha  crying for, dontcha know you need to smile and not shed a tear when someone's ill?' I said no, 'Well when someone you care about sees you smiling it means they'll have a peaceful passing and they'll have a smile of there own when they meet saint Patrick.'. Then he gave me his hat." The pair had now walked through the entire residential section of Fillydelphia and were nearing an open grass park. Beyond the park lay several rolling hills and the countryside. "Where shall we go from here?"  Glacier asked.
