request Tumblr Avatar Needed

So, I'm part of a new blog emerging on tumblr (http://gonewiththemad.tumblr.com/) And we have posts lined up and all that for about a week. I'm currently doing some artwork for the blog, but we really need an avatar for it and I can't draw faces. 
I looked it up and the size for an avatar is 100x100 but can be bigger and all that, but I do really need help for the avatar. 
I got an example thingy of what she wants. 

And we would like it to be of a human, brown hair, brown eyes, and maybe light olive skin colour? 

Could you pretty please help us out? We really need the help and I can do an art trade or something for it.
