Altens workout is something I do every day to stay in shape for crew. It consists of:

100 regular crunches

100 side crunches both sides

50 pushups

3 minute plank

20 regular pull ups

10 wide pull ups

100 jump squats (jumpies)

50 jump squats + pushups (burpies)

5 minute wallsit

Repeat until you cant stand up.

 

I dub it "the widowmaker"

Yeah... Speaking of crew, imma be offline till 7 today. You should control Alten until I get back, as his actions will be very similar to Weiss's. He only has her power active, so there is nothing to counter her goodness. He can't use any of the powers he has stored, as that requires a large amount of energy, and his powers are dulled in this world.
