request Cover Art Please

I need someone to draw my OC Shallow Heart, a white hood on him as I always like. Maybe he is above the Crystal Heart, shattered into two only his eyes able to be seen, but, there's a green sparks coming from the sides of his eyes. Please, I never gotten cover art drawn for a story I wished to write for so long.

Are his eyes suppose to be glowing or can you still see the pupil and iris color?
