Sigma in Megaman X4, as it was the only voice that didn't suck

Lee Trocker as Vile in the 90's Megaman cartoon, it sounds more robotic than his present voice and not alien-like like his Japanese VA

 

 

btw, I still can't get over the fact that the voice of Snips and Steven Magnet once voiced my favorite Megaman villain

I'm not sure if he'd be called "underrated", but I know it's utter madness that of all the things to be utterly abandoned of the 'Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog' TV show was Long John Baldry's voice as Dr. Robotnik.

The rolling R's, the conceited self-worth, were all deliciously pronounced in his "excessively royal" voice.

Penguin didn't really have much of an impact in Batman: Arkham Origins, but Nolan North is one of my favorite voice actors and I think he needs to be noticed more.

Dunno the name but the dude who voiced Leo from the witcher was one of the best voice actors in the game,despite the minor role he played.
