Assassin's Creed V

 

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag was announced last January because of the fact that they were rushing to keep the fans happy. Tomorrow is the last day of January and there hasn't been an announcement, but it will be coming either next month or next year. AC4BF was a massive game and I wouldn't be surprised if Ubisoft takes a year break, which they honestly should consider.

 

From my own knowledge and in-game hints, the setting will probably be Feudal Japan or Egypt, and I'm rooting for Japan, what do you guys think?

I think Ubisoft should take a break for probably a month, then they could announce that they are making a fifth game. But, I don't think that we need another Assassins Creed game just yet.

That's what I'm thinking, except they should just wait until Q1 2015 to announce Assassin's Creed V, because it can give them a legit amount of time to come up with an idea.

 

Plus, we can all understand if they take their time.

 

I"m also thinking MAYBE they could go into Shao Jun.

I think this series needs a break, they should sit back for a year and work on something else big. I've felt that Assassin's Creed has grown stale. I figured 3 was a sure win to me because I love colonial times when it comes to history, but it was just the same stuff and sweet Celestia that drawn out beginning. The most fun I had was the boat stuff, so maybe there will be hope once I get 4 during a huge steam sale. Going back to the same stuff in 5 though would be a slap in the face of many fans after 4 though.

They really should make one in Japan or China. They're the most requested periods and I think the game would be amazing. The French revolution and the Middle East would also be cool.

You need to get AC4BF SOON. The ship mechanics are SO MUCH BETTER.

It's easier too, and if you play AC3 right after AC4BF, you realize that AC3 sucked hard.

I wonder if they could do one in Arabia. It'd could be pretty legit.

I'm thinking the crusades in Egypt.

SPOILER FOR ACIV:

One of the computers you hack in-game show a list of ancestors (most notable ones) and show one from Egypt in the time of the crusades.

Also you might remember the ANKH from on of the glyphs in AC2 it noted its power as being able to heal the sick and resurrect the dead.

 

Also I would love to see an assassin in Japan using a katana! /)^3^(\

I also think the next one should come out at least 6 months later than usual to improve the game and work on more story.
