"Right, uh... sorry. I tend to get carried away sometimes. I guess that's alright, then. Go back to the mansion and relax. I'll be back with that wood in no time at all." He turned back towards the woods, still feeling rather embarrassed about the whole thing. He really had to get the hang of his emotions.

"No, it's good that you're protective. This isn't a world to take risks in..." As he left Cosmo responded, "My name is Cosmo Shadesteel... What's he getting wood for? Isn't it spring?" Cosmo realized that was a legitimate question. In his solitude he'd lost track of almost everything. He'd confuse day and night if there wasn't a giant ball of fire to remind him.

"It's OK Rush, I would have done the exact same thing, you did. And I will go home and relax, so I will see you when you get back" I said to him, and I walked right back to the mansion with that guy that I just saved. I don't know why but that guy reminds me of the guard at the night castle, when I was young. I thought to myself.

 "My name is Lost Flame. Once we get to the house can you tell me your story," I asked Cosmo, while we walked to the house. I wounder why he wanted ti kill himself for. I know why I should die but why him, I wounder if he lost the same thing I did. I wonder why the last name Shadesteel sounds so recognizable. " He is getting wood to cover up the windows so we can use all the lights in the house not just the rooms that have no windows," I told Cosmo.

Cosmo nodded at the explanation. "Lost Flame huh... Nice to meet you. As for my story... I don't know it's... well... I've never really enjoyed talking about my history. I was born into bad luck, found my way out, and few years later, here we are... I'd rather spare you the... details..." as he spoke, Cosmo looked down at his amulet, thinking about the mare who gave it him. "Lyth... This isn't the future I imagined... and by the Night I never thought I'd lose you..."

Rye was waiting for his companions to return to the mansion as the night grew older, he didn't exactly feel safe here but he highly doubted any looters would come by this way. This was a big place, enough to fit a couple more people. Rye didn't know how many more trusting people they're out there anymore either.

 "Well Cosmo, my life stroy is pretty either, so do you want to hear it?" I asked him as we walked into the door.

I went and sat down in the chair I was in earlier today. "So do you want to hear my story. I just told the others straight out, cause we need to get to know each other since we are working together, to keep each other alive" I told him.

Cosmo sighed and shrugged, "I guess I owe my story to you... And since you asked first..." He took a breath and began, "My entire story is that I was born and raised in a clan of assassins led by my father. When I was 14 I realized I hated it there and with help from my family's guardian spirit and celebrated ancestor Fade Shadesteel, I managed to kill enough of them to escape, including my father. After that I went to Celestia for judgement... Kinda the same idea as how you found me... which would you Princess Luna, who recognized my remorse and got me a pardon and another chance in life. In time I became her Royal assassin, and was given this cloak as a symbol of office. In time I became more of a solo agent who she trusted to help with general threats by traveling around looking for ponies to help. I met a group of a former Royal Guard pegasus, a Unicorn specialized in fire magic, ironic considering he was a sailor with a ship and everything. On a quest to help resolve his own family issues, I met and fell in love with Selythria Moonshade, an earth pony who was a high ranking priestess in the Church of Night. She was amazing in many ways, most notably that she could use magic through runes. We hadn't even finished half the trip before she'd converted me to her religion," Cosmo lifted his amulet for a moment, "and I proposed to her... When got back, we were planning our wedding... That's when the war hit us. Fade used to live in my sword," he gestured to the silver katana, "but he cast a spell to send Lyth and I into the future, in doing so severing himself from the last of my bloodline and drifting off into the afterlife. I'm still not sure why Lyth didn't get sent here with me, but I eventually found the ruins of our church. The sword was there with her corpse, surrounded by wards so that only I could retrieve it... That was six months ago... and the way you found is how I've been since that day..." After a long pause Cosmo spoke again, "I'll listen to you now but I don't care if you want to keep your story to yourself. I trust you, and I don't want to go back to my solitude..."

"That's OK, I told the others and I will tell you, but I only told the others what happened to me, but I will tell you my whole story. I was born to two Royal assassins. My mother was Cylestia's Royal assassin, while my father was Luna's Royal assassin. I had a little brother and sister. My brother was one years old, and my sister was twelve years old. My sister was being trained as Cylestia's Royal assassin, and I was being trained as Luna's. I don't know who was training my sister, but my fathers Uncle was training me and his son. When the war begun the training stopped. I lost my Uncle and Cousin, my cousin was always talking about a Cosmo Shadesteel, pretty soon he started feel like my cousin to. I only met him once and he gave the name Lost in front of my name. My real name is Flame Steel. It was my 14th birthday when my family  was attacked. When they came in they killed my brother, and parents first. Than turned to us, they each rapped us. When one of the guys was done with my sister he tryed to kill her. But she was still on fighting even though she was broken. She gave me a chance to escape and I took it. A month after the attacked I found out I was with child. Even though I knew I was pregnant I was still trying to kill myself, but I never could because I was scared and I didn't want to kill the baby either. The second month I came out of my hiding place and went back to my family home and bodies all over the ground. I couldn't take it. Right than I was going to kill my self but what stopped me is I heard a scream and I ran towards that, and that's how I met everyone here.

Rye got up and heard her talk, "Oh Howdy, that's awesome, you've got a nice singing voice as well, Bitter Sweet" he didn't know much about this mare but it didn't take much to know that she really wasn't raider material, she was sweet and kind hearted. "Don't worry you weren't useless you were just tire, we were all pretty tired.... None the less it's nice to meet you"

"Rye is that you?" I asked getting up and walking in the kitchen to get some water. Gosh I hope they didn't hear that, I didn't want them to know everything. Why did I even open up to Cosmo? Why? I am so stupid. I thought as I got some water, and digging for something to eat.

"Yeah over here Waterfall, our guest here just woke up" Rye said with a grin as he watched Waterfall step into the room, he wondered why she was in there for song talking to that person. "Our guest here is one hell of a singer, I don't think we'll need to worry about medicine when it comes to her"

"Well that's good, cause we don't have any medicine. Did you two hear what I told Cosmo? Lost Flame asked. She sat down at the table with the two of them. What am I doing? I am scared to death and I hope I am not showing it, cause that is a sign of weakness. Gosh I wish my dad, Uncle, sister, and cousin was here. I really miss them. I thought as a tear ran down my face.

It was getting dark, so Rush tried to finish his work quickly. Before long he had returned to the house, carrying with him an armload of wood and enough fruit to feed them for a few days at least. "Alright everyone, I'm back. I brought all the wood and food I could carry, but I'm not sure how long it'll last."

Rye used his magic to wipe Lost Flame's tear, "No I didn't hear anything you feelin alright..... Oh wow, that's a lot, can't believe there was that much that raiders didn't pick up, I've got a few cans of food in my back and that's pretty much it, but this should work for a a week or two" Rye replied with hopeful eyes. Rye thought there was probably other stuff or there too hidden in bushes and bramble but this was good too.

 "Hey Rush thank you so much. Do you have any chocolate? Do you need help?" I asked as I went over to him. ​Why the hell am I craving chocolate. I hope he lets me help him. I also want tacos for some reason. I wish I had my mom with me so she could at least explain want is happening to my body.  I thought. "Yes I am fine Rye, I was just thinking of my family" i told him.

Rush shrugged. "I think I have some chocolate here. It's mostly fruit, but I found some other stuff scattered around the edge of the woods." He rummaged through the food he'd just dumped on the table. "Ah, here you go. Chocolate. I think that's all I have, but there's plenty of fruit if you want that."

 "OK, thank you so, so, much!" i yelled and hugged him. I sat down at the table and took a bite of the chocolate. It was so creamy, and I started feel a curtain way that I can not explain at this moment. "mmmmmmmm....." I moaned while eating the chocolate. I loved the feeling it gave me, and I loved the taste of that I couldn't stop myself from moaning again.

Rush chuckled. "Of course, it's no problem. I'm just glad to see that your enjoying yourself. Go ahead and have as much as you'd like." He gestured to her stomach. "You're eating for two now, after all. And anyway, I'm sure I can find plenty more of it later if I need to."

"Thank you, thank you. I think i might just be in love with you, but that may be just the chocolate but oh well" she told him. What am i saying. But hey he is hot. So what am i going to do. My sister would know what to do. Even though she was my little sister, we were best friends.  I thought

Rush chuckled with a hint of blush on his face. "I think it's probably just the chocolate, but I appreciate the sentiment all the same. I think I might be growing fond of you, too." He wasn't really sure why had said that, but he couldn't sway there wasn't truth to it. She was nice enough, seemed like a lot of fun to be around, and that body... wow.

"Thank you" i said while blushing bright red. He is so hot, he is kind and not shying away because i am with child. his body is another story i could stare at it all day and night. Why am I thinking that. Oh right, I am pregnant and frustrated.  I thought. I walked over to the table and grabbed an apple.

Stryker was sitting outside in a tree,watching all of this,the cover of night let him be hidden,his black body being covered by the night's mysterious blackness... he looked over his shoulder,his eyes scanning one tree to another,he then slowly looked back,he took a long sigh before opening his wings and silently gliding to the front door,he stopped at it,he looked in the window,seeing no one was in the front part of the place,he looked at the door knob,he took out his lock-picks and quickly and expertly unlocked it,he slowly and cautiously opened the door,he looked in through the small crack he had made,he saw a pony pass and closed the door a little,so he wouldn't be detected,he then silently slipped in when the pony passed,he closed the door quietly and started to sneak upstairs,he was holding his body low,his ears flat and his breath almost silent,he was quiet as a mouse,he stepped on a stair and it creaked,he bit his bottom lips,then glared at the step,he walked over it and continued on into one of the vacant rooms,he closed the door and locked it,but when he turned around,he noticed it wasent so vacant,there was a mare turned to the table,eating an apple,he stopped in his tracks,instantly recognized the signs of a young,pregnant mother,maybe a couple months,and decided...she needs to live,he ever so slowly creeped into a dark corner,then into a closet,he sat on his hind end and let out a silent sigh,his heart was pounding,he was sweating and he was completely unarmed besides a butterfly knife...

I saw that their was a guy in the room i was in and screamed at the top of my lungs hopefully alerting Rush. I dropped the apple and grabbed the knife that i had when i went to see who was outside earlier, and my assassin training kicking in. Where is Rush or Cosmo or Rye.

Rush practically jumped out of his skin at the sound of Lost Flame screaming. He quickly came running, readying his axe in case there was trouble. "What's going on? I'll protect you, whatever it is, I promise." He saw the stranger with the knife. "Stay back! I'll fight you if you come any closer."

Stryker gasped and burst out of the closet,tackling the mare that screamed,he put his hoof over her mouth and his eyes darted up to the stallion,he gulped,threw himself off of her and backed into the corner,"Hey hey!...Woah there big guy easy!!!...I don't wanna hurt anyone,I just want some help,that's all...come on big guy,I'm not bad..."he took out his knife and tossed it to the side,"Look,unarmed."he said,his eyes showing fear,though his face and voice masked it.
