A gender swap of Scribe - Shes not particularly bright and has next to no control over her magic, but she's stubborn and strong. Grew up among earth ponies and used to be a farmer, turned adventurer.

I was thinking something along the lines of this

But not Egyptian and looking all technologically advanced and stuff. And When the lid is raised, the bottom part is flat, and that is how our characters could see the unicorns. So the lid closes, liquid is pumped in, and they are in some sort of strange stasis. Lid raises, liquid falls out, the 'patients' can wake up. There are 8 of them, but only two have their lids open, so naturally we can't see if there is anything in the other ones.

This is godmodding. It's not a serious case, since this is an NPC and an encounter, so it's logical to think of you that you may control it, but this is not what I had in mind. I'm going to let it slide this time, but next time, you cannot control these kinds of NPC's unless is specificly state that you are allowed to control it for encounter's sake...

How would you walk, how would you talk if you thought: "Everybody loves classical music! They just haven't found out about it yet!" It's an entirely different world. It's what you make of it that counts.

 

I found an easy way to find out if you've inspired someone. If their eyes are shining, you know you're doing it!

I don't want to discourage you from joining this, but there are not really slaves in this RP setting... We can work something out though. Perhaps instead of having to be a slave he had to survive in the wilderness after being born in a small tribe that had survived the disaster, though they were aging more quickly. You were immune and thus didn't age quicklier than normal. You've seen your brothers and sisters die around you, and now you try to survive on your own, hunting beasts and hiding from the ones that are too big. Eventually you find the bunker because of the flares that have just been shot in the air...
