gaming small minecraft pony server

I am considiring starting a small mine little pony server.

 

I am fine hosting it (porting or himachi) but if you can it would be great.

 

The server could be a survival with upto 10 players or we could do an adenture map, possibly both.

 

If you would like to apply please use this info stuff:

*Why you want to join

*Stuff about you on minecraft

*Can you host the server (optional)

*Skype or some sort of communication (optional)

*are you recording (I'm not ) (optional)

*other stuff like why I should pick you or just WHATEVER (optional)

 

We COULD use:

Love and Tolerance (1.6.x version)

BronyModPack

There's 1 major problem though, your server is hamachi/port.

You cant host your server all the time (like many other servers)

This makes it unreliable for bronies in different time zones.

3 possible solutions:

 

1. organised opening times

2. dedicate my old laptop to the server

3. buy hosting

Not sure if you are aware, but the MLP Forums (or more specifically Poniverse) has an official little Minecraft server. They also have TF2, Gary's mod and CS:GO servers too.

 

If you want more information about that, see their server masterthread.

 

But of course, I could see why you'd want your own server, just letting you know the MLP Forums has one too.

I dunno. I'll try it i suppose. My MC hasnt worked in a while. Ive given up on vanilla. Ive also never played a bony modpack.

I mean if you look at the dev console, it literally tells me that it gave up.

ah, this means the launcher is outdated or trying to get old files. delete .mincraft (copy/backup the texture/resource pack folders and the saves folder also the server one if you want) and delete the launcher and redownload launcher from https://minecraft.net/download

if you like, http://ponyskincraft.com/ make/download a pony skin and it will work in no mod or modded MC and show as pony/human

I litterally found that before seeing that post. At least I know what I was looking for. Im gonna make a skin... It will be terrible, but pffft.
