Sole walked impatiently with the others through the Forest. He couldn't stop imagining his beloved wife and unborn child afraid and in pain... Well, not exactly afraid. That woman wouldn't know what fear is if it punched her in the face, then he'd need to kill death. "Let's hurry it up." He said, walking faster.

"No, like I said before simply walking in I feel is unwise," Mythos says softly shaking his head before offering as he horn begin to glow, "I suggest a decoy is created to move on ahead." As he says this the others will see the unicorn begin to create blurred copies of themselves. Though it did not taken long for these images to sharpen and come into focus unil on could not even see a difference between them and the three ponies from which the images are taken. With such Mythos would have his image speak for him, "If we have the decoys move on ahead perhaps we can flush out the ones we might fight."

One of Big Shot's employees whispered into his ear. Big Shot's expression was surprised at first but then it crept into a smug smile.

 

"One of our security cameras picked up three intruders in the forest." He announced to the room. "It's nothing we need to worry about yet. They probably wont even be able to find their way here through the miles of forrest!"

 

"They will find their way here," Said Femi. Her eyes could be seen wide open behind the rags on her head. "These aren't ordinary intruders. They're stronger."

 

"Please mister Big Shot, would you be so kind as to allow our demons to handle this," Mason requested with a disconcerting chuckle.

 

"I was about to ask the same thing," Big Shot replied.

A few minutes later, Big Shot watched a video feed of the front of his mansion as five demons crept out the front doors. Each of the creatures were horrible looking, like something out of a nightmare: A pony-sized, red spider with a pair of crab claws and pitch black eyes; a massive minotaur with only one eye in the center of his head; A dark grey pegasus with leathery wings, no eyes, and two massive tusks, A light grey earth pony with two razor sharp bones that stuck out of his cheek bones; and a bipedal lizard with a beak and claws.

"We haven't eaten in days! I can't wait for those little bastards to get here!" The light grey demon said, "My belly aches and their meat is tender just the way I like it."

 

"I'm going to snap them open and suck the marrow from their bones!" The spider demon said with a gurgled voice.

 

"Not if I get to them first! I play for keeps!" The minotaur said with a deep voice.

Big Shot opened his mouth in shock so wide that his cigar fell out. "Those things are your weaklings?" He asked in complete awe.

 

"I trust you're pleased," said Mason.

 

"Are you kidding? The intimidation factor alone is worth the price I paid!"

As they walked through the forest, sole could sense several presences up ahead. "Well, looks like they already know we're here. Feel like kicking some ass like old times?" He asked crimson, before smirking and moving faster. He wanted to save his family, but getting to fight some strong opponents was always a plus. He could even see the mansions gates up ahead.

Two guards in black suits who had been patrolling the forest, noticed the three copies walking ahead. The communicated to each other with a few silent gestures, then one of the guards unholstered an SMG and opened fire on the three decoys.

Crimson watched Sole dart off into the forest eagerly, smiling at his comment. "Hehe...old times, huh? Sounds great...at least it would sound great, if our old times didn't consist of us beating the crap out of each other..." he mumbled, before turning to Mythos. "He's not stupid though...there's a powerful mass of assorted energy coming from the direction he ran...I think we should follow him." He said.

The decoys ducked and moved to the ground and Mythos says to Sole, "perhaps so but remember we still know little of who we face... gunshots being the worse of our worries." The unicorn continued moving forward with the others but stayed a few feet back.

(It's just so ooc for sole to take an espionage approach. He's a fighter, he hates sneaking around and avoiding fights.)

 

Sole shrugged "guns are only a threat if the bullets can hit you. Good thing they don't." He said jokingly, watching the fakes dodge the gunfire. He felt like a coward hiding from his enemies like this, and he felt like it was just a waste of time.

The three continued through the forest until the mansion was visible. The five monsters could be seen, but they hadn't seen the three intruders yet.

Crimson smirked and cracked his neck. "Oh look, appetizers! I call dibs on the ugly minotaur!" he said, preparing to move forward.

As soon as they spotted the demons sole saw crimson move forward and call dibs on one of the ugly little buggers. "Oh no ya don't, I wanna piece of them too!" He said, approaching the demons with his allies. He was itching for a fight.

The minotaur noticed the intruders before they came into view. "I smell something." He announced. When the three came into view, he stomped his hoofs into the ground and let out an earth shaking roar.

 

The lizard demon and the tusked demon broke off from the group and charged at them.

 

"I get to keep their heads!" The lizard shouted.

 

"Only if you get there first!" Said the tusked demon.

Crimson scoffed, showing no sign of fear to their threats as he calmly trotted towards them. "Tch! Screw that! I'm not dying here, especially not to weaklings like you!!" he said, before engulfing his right hoof in flames, and going for a hard uppercut to the tusked ones chin.

The force of the impact and the heat of the hoof caused the tusked demon's right tusk to snap off like a broken tree trunk. The demon gave off a shrill scream, but continued to attack. He gripped Crimson's neck and tried to bite it.

Sole didn't stop as the demons charged and kept walking forward "outta my way small fry!" He said in annoyance, before swinging at the monsters face as hard as he could. He wasn't playing around.

The attack hit the lizard creature in the stomach causing it to howl and retaliate with a claw swipe.

With a smile the grey stallion seems to double and then quadruple then had himself and his copies teleport to different places as he, or more they, take out a thin well crafted rapier. He does not speak, at least not yet, as he keeps himself mobile both through teleporting and normal maneuverability. He was not yet ready to fight fully, as he still needed to learn how those before him fight. Yet he would also watch to as to help his companions if things get difficult for them.

However, instead of being afraid, Crimson smiled evilly in defiance. "Lets dance, ugly..." he said, licking up some of his blood, before ignition his entire body and charging at the minotaur like a flaming meteor, laughing like a nut.

When the demon saw that Crimson was going for a headbutt, he did the same. Their heads both forcefully collided with each other. Crimson's skull was thicker. The tusked demon fell limply on its right side.

 

The light grey demon, Minotaur and spider demon decided to charge on the two with the massive minotaur leading the charge.

sole winced as he heard the sickening crack "aw, looks like I broke him. Looks like they don't make mutant demon creatures like they use to." He said with a smirk, before turning to the other demons as they charged. Instead of attacking directly he stayed where he was and charged a blast of chaos magic, before throwing the deadly ball at the group.

Sole's deadly orb hit the spider demon head on and burnt it to a crisp. The minotaur was unfazed and charged headfirst into both of them, spreading out his arms so he could ram into both opponents with his shoulders. His right shoulder, the one that his Crimson, was set ablaze.

As the creature slammed into him sole skid back, but managed to dig his talons into the ground. "You've got some balls, I'll give ya that..." He grunted, before using the minoturs momentum to swing him into the ground head first. "But I won't go down that easily!" He finished, before jumping back and throwing another orb of magic at the beast. "Whew, this is a little harder then I thought it'd be..." He mumbled

"They aren't stopping them!" Big Shot said as sweat trickled down his brow.

 

"Perhaps we underestimated them." Katu said smugly. He started to walk out of the room. "Roto, Oni, come with me. We'll deal with them."

 

Before Katu left the room, Femi stopped him by touching his shoulder. "Do not overestimate yourself," she said, "Your confidence is your enemy."

 

"Let go of me you judgmental whore!" Katu yelled before shoving her back and exiting the room completely."

 

(They love each other so much.)

The energy blast combined with the living flame that was already on him and set the entire minotaur on a blue blaze that engulfed his body. He screamed, rolled over, stood up, and began swinging his arms in the air as if he were attacking a hoard of bees while he screamed in pain.

 

The final, light grey demon started backing up toward the door.

As sole watched that Minotaur demon flail around wildly while engulfed in flames he pointed a talon at the grey demon. "Bang." He said flatly, as a beam of chaos magic shot forth and went straight for the demon like a magical bullet.
