Why does she look so... dangerous right now? Nonetheless, this is a great drawing with considerable coloring and shading skill... that's something I can respect!

The background is poorly drawn? Blurred=/= bad. It only means that the subject of the picture (rainbow) is awesome.

GOSH I was thinking the same thing after I drew it! I was starring at it and thinking, "Man she looks really... Confrontational right now..."

 

I thought it was alright in the end though and left it as it was hehehe! Thanks for the compliments! Maybe I should take a stab at drawing Daring Do!
