Most specifically, would having two mares notice something being off about Cadence in A Canterlot Wedding affect the flow of events? StarStreak96 0 February 22, 2014 Author Share February 22, 2014 (edited) I don't think so, because Cadence is the Princess of Love and thus is best candidate for overseer of the Crystal Heart, I mean, the Heart is her frickin' cutie mark. Rainbow more likely has an affinity for Weather or Color given her cutie mark.(which I assume would stay the same) Plus, Celestia would likely take Cadence in once she as ascended regardless. ghostfacekiller39 23,860 February 22, 2014 Share February 22, 2014 The Mane 6 would either be the mane 5 or just have a replacement Dash instead of RD herself; RD would live in the Castle with Celestia, still retaining her athleticism and tomboy-ness, but wouldn't necessarily be flawed; she'd probably be OP. We'd also see a lot less of her, and I can picture Celestia having another, much more feminine and girly daughter if RD was her child, and they'd always be at odds. Probably would be like Luna is now, in terms of popularity and screen-time; maybe a bit less popular with the fandom, but not much He who is Positively Obsessed With All Things Rarity!!! She'd have gone to the Wonderbolts Academy or something and would be a goddess of a flyer from an early age. We don't know if the Sonic Rainboom would've happened, bro; and given how canon altering this would be, I highly doubt it. She most likely would be like a Luna or a Cadence, like I said, therefore not being a mane 6. Not mane 6, no reason for a Sonic Rainboom to happen, because RD wouldn't be part of the mane 6 therefore that lame episode wouldn't have happened nor would I get a headache everytime I hear the words "RD IS BEST PONE SONIC RAINBOOM LOL UR ARGUMENT IZ INVALID" ...so maybe it'd be a good thing if she was Celestia's daughter instead of a mane 6 So, no Sonic Rainboom...no connection. 1 He who is Positively Obsessed With All Things Rarity!!! How would the show be affected if Rainbow Dash was Celestia's daughter but still one of the elements of harmony?(loyalty of course,) I know all episodes focusing on Dash would be changed, especially with regards to the Wonderbolts, but the only episode I can come up with changes for where Dash isn't the focus is TicketMaster. If she's Celestia's Daughter, then she'd not need to pester Twilight for a ticket, and could likely get the rest of the Elements of Harmony tickets as well. For Rainbow Dash to be an alicorn, she would have to be a unicorn first so it's not physically possible unless she was born an alicorn or she was born a unicorn. This wouldn't change anything.
