Most of my skill came from years of drawing traditionally, I only got a tablet a few months ago and the skills translate smoothly if you know what you are doing c:

RD is the model! opinions

I like the general proportions, especially the legs. The wings seem a bit hard edged compared to the rest of the pony but that could just be me. The snout looks a bit weird on the right pic.

That took me a while, but my main problem is that the distance between the nose and the mouth makes the two look separated, more like a human's muth and nose than a horse's.

oh, that's on purpose. Just part of the style and side mouths allow for hilarious expressions, lots of cartoonists use them even if it doesn't make much sense.
