RainbowGlass 224 March 3, 2014 Share March 3, 2014 I have noticed over the last few years how much more prominent mlp has gotten. It is very exciting! Though how big do you think it'll get? I am hoping for a bonified video game. I know there are samples of games that fans have created but what about something for a console, or the PC on steam? That is my wish. :-P
LowfatEnvelope 335 March 4, 2014 Share March 4, 2014 This thread appears to be related to the My Little Pony franchise and/or the Bronydom in general. Thus, it has been sentenced to Sugarcube Corner. ~L.F.E.~
Ribbonfree 2,383 March 4, 2014 Share March 4, 2014 Hasbro is a company that by it's nature likes making as much merch and proprietary crap off it's franchises as it's advisers deem wise. It depends on the core demographic, that is the young girls and boys the show is actually for. If Hasbro can come up with stuff like vidya to appeal to them they definitely will. RainbowGlass 224 March 4, 2014 Author Share March 4, 2014 I should have been more specific , how popular, not so much how much merchandise. Will the community grow larger, substantially, I.e. Do you think more people will catch on and like MLP such as the ladies and gents of these forum s have? Yes it will grow, just how prominent will it get. Will it continue to evolve? Ribbonfree 2,383 March 4, 2014 Share March 4, 2014 I believe that it's largely going to stagnate at this point, with the inflow of people just equaling the amount of people who leave due to changing interests, and it'll stay that way until dwindling if seasons either start dropping in quality or when the final season is known. I think the internet has, by and large, moved on. Anyone who wants in has already jumped on board, with only a trickle left of potential new bronehs... Barring some major shift in the show's style or something.
Dainbow Rash 80 March 4, 2014 Share March 4, 2014 While part of me would like it if MLP became 100% mainstream. Becoming a larger fandom also inevitably means that we would start getting 'less friendly' fans and our community wouldn't be what it use to be, so I kind of hope the fandom stays at around the size it is. It is possible that it will grow though. 1 http://i-iz-a-person.deviantart.com/ I-Iz-A-Person: 20% Cooler since 2013

Besides, this community rocks.
Oblivion 20,266 March 4, 2014 Share March 4, 2014 That would be BADASS to have a open world sandbox type game that took place in Equestria (that wasn't a little kids game!) Or maybe even have a MLP movie with a little bit darker theme to it (NOT GRIMDARK!) would also be amazing IMO! Hopefully a WHOLE lot more people decide to join the herd!
Zhortac 1,474 March 4, 2014 Share March 4, 2014 It would depend on how its handled. Sometimes things start strong, then fall apart hard. Either way, it won't preeminently die, like anything else. I don't think it'll get as big as some other things, but it's gonna be high on that list, since it's world wide. Feel free to add me on steam if you want to play something. Also don't be afraid to message and talk to me. I've had bad luck when I start a conversation, so I more then likely won't start one.
