Hatred for dumb reasons

Has anyone ever had some one who hated you for literally the DUMBEST reason? No, not for NO reason, I am talking about a ridiculous way where it confused you.

 

I had a friend's brother who hated me because I cheated on Pokemon. I had Pokemon Diamond, because at that time, Diamond just came out. I cheated a little on it to get certain legendaries. No, I beat Diamond without ANY cheats, it was the after game that I used some cheats to get certain legendaries that you cannot obtain.

 

I walked in her house and he asked me if I liked Pokemon. I said "Well, of course I do!" because apparently he asks all of my one friend's friends if they like Pokemon. He wasnt young or anything he was a pre teen. So, he then asked me if I ever cheated on Pokemon. I told him that I did a little bit. You looked me dead in the eye and said he hated me and literally...TREATED me like crap every time I went over to my friend's house and he apparently complained about me and stuff.

I consider any reason for hating me a stupid reason. I mean, come on, I'm adorable. How could anyone hate me?

People tend to hate me for silly reasons all the time 

In Middle school, many people hated me just because this one girl would always hang around me, but I didn't like her either ;m;

Most people however, hate me for my interests or the way I look

I got ripped on for wearing a blastoise shirt during the interim phase in the early 2000s where you were required to hate everything pokemon-related. The revolt ended, they grew up past their teens, now they love Pokemon again once they learned to think for themselves.

i have had a friend hate me because i wanted to stay in my home town for a bit before going to college. well she on the other hand went strait out of high school. ya because that she stopped being my friend.(her choice not mine  )

A lot of people hate me for being quiet. I've always been a little shy and being an introvert so of course I'm quiet.

 

The way I dealt with it, is trying to be more talkative but being a little absent minded I often say something strange.
