"Well I'm glade that you like the ice-cream, hey Glisten do you know anything that you are good at, because u lave an idea that you could try" Flower said very happy then she licked her ice-cream. "Well I don't want you to be sad so I try to do different thinks so you need to think at what your good at" Flower said.

"What I'm good at? The only things that I am good at is having a high pain threshold, running away and apparently whistling like a songbird. I don't know if I'm good at anything else." Glisten said confusedly. She has no idea what else she's good at. Glisten kept licking her ice cream and wondered what Flower had in store for her.

"Maybe you should whistle more often" Flower said then licked her ice-cream, her goal was to help Glisten get her cutie mark. "Are you sure thats all you can think of being good at and that there isn't anything else" Flower asked making sure that it would be easy for Glisten to get her cutie mark.

"I'm sure it's all I can think of." Glisten replied and nodded. She licked her ice cream some more and soon found that she had finished all of it. "That was some good ice cream." Glisten said. She then tried to whistle and found herself imitating the call of a finch. "Bird call? Did I just imitate a bird call?" Glisten asked excitedly. She still has no idea what Flower wants her to do.

"Wow that was amassing, I think you can do it again can't you" Luna said very excided about what just happened, now she knows that her idea is working and that Glisten might get her cutie mark anytime soon, and that made Flower happy for Glisten Dew. "So come on lets hear you whistle again" Flower said.

"I think I can." Glisten agreed. She cleared her throat and licked her lips to get them moist. She then whistled and she imitated a bluejay. Getting excited, she whistled some more and imitated a few more bird calls such as a nightingale, another songbird and a couple of others. The she stopped for breath and beamed at Flower. "How was that?" She asked happily.

"That's amassing, you are really good at bird calls, yeah I don't think that's whistling, that is bird calls, and you are amassing" Flower said hoping that is Glisten's cutie mark, because if it is that's amassing. "Maybe you should try some more bird calls if you like" Flower said.

listen shook her head and coughed a bit. "I think my throat's sore from all that. *cough*. Sorry." Glisten apologises. "She thought it was exciting that she could imitate bird calls. She doesn't remember if she was able to do that before the torture but she can certainly do it now.

"I wonder if you have your cutie mark now" Flower said scooting closer to Glisten. "Bop" Flower said as she toughed Glisten's nose, wondering how she would react to something different. "Bop" Flower said againg as she toughed Gliaten's nose again, trying to be silly. Then Flower went up to Meliae and said "Bop" then toughed her on the nose, still being silly.

"I did not think you all would take such precautions..." Celestia monotoned, still zoned out.

 

Dark Shine kept a hold of the spell, focusing.

 

Luna blinked, looking at Steel. She then looked at Celestia. "Do you think we are idiots??? I heard you outside my window!"

Glisten rubbed her muzzle where Flower booped it. "Boop?" She asked curiously. She then walked over to Flower and did the same thing. Glisten touched Flower's nose and said, "Boop. I don't get it." Glisten said. She took her hoof away and then booped her own nose. "I still don't get it."

"I'm just being silly, wasn't it at least a little bit funny, and besides it destructed you from what I said earlier too" Flower said laughing a little. "Like I said before I boped you, I wonder if you have you cutie mark now, I know how cutie marks work, you just have to go something your good at and realize that's your talent" Flower said.

Glisten giggled a bit. Then she realised what Flower said. "My cutie mark?" Glisten asked in disbelief. She didn't look at her flank as she knew nothing would appear there. "Did I ever tell you about the burning that happened? The one where they burnt the spots where my cutie mark is meant to appear?" Glisten asked seriously. She walked away from Melanie and called Flower over.

Steel sighed "you're foolish celestia why is this pony so special "steel asked "why would you waste all this to save him he's a guard got you to risk your life for his is idiotic guards come and go to protect you that's their job and they know this so have fun degrading your guard" steel said

Dark Shine was having trouble, feeling another coughing fit coming.

 

Celestia looked up at them. "You guys are the fools... For thinking I'd actually let HER rule the night... Look at her... She's pathetic... Even as Nightmare Moon she was no match for me..."

Steel smirked "she was no match fir the elements of harmony which you no longer control face it celestia your weak you've fine nothing but had you little pet twilight do the work to save equsetria" steel said he really wanted to hit her fir talking ill of Luna

"Ok can some pony tell me what I did wrong ever time I come to talk to Glisten she walks a way avoiding my eyes and ever time she does  talk to me she is all huffy"the little filly gazed at her hooves"maybe I should just go"that brought a tear to her eye hopping that the two would let her stay

Glisten walked back to them and sat in front of Melanie. "Meanie, don't ... go. Please. You did ... nothing wrong. It's all me. I just have an extreme amount of trouble talking to other ponies. The reason why I always talk to Flower is because she was the only that cared for me when I got here." Glisten told her slowly. She actually wanted Melanie to stay. "If you want, I can tell you why I came here but you may not like it. This is an extremely odd question but are you fond of torturing?" Glisten asked seriously but she had a caring look on her face.

Melanie ran up and hugged"thank you thank you so much.hmmm..."She had to think for a minute still hugging Glisten"a tour would be nice I love that idea" she gave Glisten one of her big one of a kind  smile "you are very sweet both of you I have never met any pony so nice to me before expressly after...never mind"

Glisten looked at Melanie. "After ... what? Come on, it can't be any worse than my story. The only places that I know for touring are the infirmary, the wildlife reserve and the meeting room. That's about it." Glisten told her with a smile. She hugged Melanie back then stepped back a bit to sit down.

"well about a year ago me and my sister got taking away of my family we didn't know what to do so we ran we go so far that viola tripped on a rock twisting her ankle i helped her a little bit but some pony founded us she told me to run i would have stayed with her but she kept pushing me away.If i stayed i would have been a orphan i took a job on a rock farm to make a few bits then i was off agen and here i am.I think the guards stop looking for me"she look at her hooves tears in her eye try not to cry trying to seam a little strong with no avail

"Wow. ha. I'm sorry. That must have been hard for you. You left your sister with a total stranger who told you to run. But then again you were running from a different pony so what does another stranger mean anything. Damn it. Sorry. I told you I wasn't good talking with other ponies. I got taken away from my family too. My family didn't even stop them from taking me. I haven't seen them for five years." Glisten said softly. "For the past five years I was tortured by Celestia." She said even softer than before. She looked at the ground and tried not to think about it.

Luna glared at her, her horn sparking. She was ready to zap her into the next century.

 

Celestia looked at Steel. "Why be forced to love something so dark and cold as the night when u can love the warm and loving day...? It's simple, really... No one loves her night... Probably not even you..."

 

Dark Shine struggled more, letting out a little cough.

"Aww it's ok at least I'm here for both of you" Flower said then put them in a group hug. "See now everypony will like each other, and hugs are always nice to get" Flower said still hugging them, now that they are both there she wants both of them to be happy, and for them not to feel anymore pain.

Glisten hugged the both of them as well. "Thank you Flower." Glisten thanked her. She sat down and looked at the both of them with a smile. "I've got two great friends. Thank you, both of you." Glisten said to the both of them. She smiled happily but then looked at the ground sadly.
