Ben looked alarmed, did that kid just say...and Katie was worried about...this wasn't good, he whipped out his phone as the teacher left Ben alone to run after Shadow and Codely, and he ducked into a nearby bathroom and dialed Katie's number.

 

Katie was just leaving the nurses when she heard the sound of the TARDIS, first thought, 'he came for me' second, 'wait, it's just my ringtone. She picked up the line, "Hello?"

 

"Katie, don't go anywhere, meet me in the library in 10 minutes OK?"

 

"Why?"

 

"Shadow ran off with that kid...Codely. If he's dangerous I don't want you dealing with him. I don't know where he's headed, but it's for the woods somewhere. Probably for you 'study group'."

 

Katie was panicked, "OK, um, if I'm not at the library in 10 minutes, for Celestias sake don't come looking for me! Got it? Stay safe and if something seems extra weird do me a favor and take cover." She practically yelled this in English, disturbing her friends. She hung up the phone, "Guys we are in so much trouble." @@RunsWithSquirlz,@,

Whisper jumped up in fright and grabbed onto Minxs shoulder. "What?! Katie I cannot understand a word you say in that language!!!"

Genesis had been sitting outside lighting a celebratory cigarette in honor of herself when two idiots ran past her, putting the flame of her lighter out. She growled in annoyance and was about to tear them a new one when she looked up and saw him.

Katie nodded and calmed herself down, "Uh, sorry Whisper, just got a call from Ben, Shadow ran off with..." She glance over at Minx remembering what she had said about not saying Codely's name, "You know who." She finished, "I don't know how, he showed up! He must have gotten out of the computer somehow." Codely turned to face Genesis

 

"Awh look at you, sitting all alone outside with no friends... well i guess your used to it but don't worry, your horrible life will end soon. Once i plug this energy source into the XANA computer then I and XANA will be able to send monsters into your world so have fun while you can. Good bye"

 

Codely ran off into the distance

"What?!" she snarled. How dare he. As long as this asshole was in her world, he wouldn't get away with saying that to her face. Genesis didn't care about X.A.N.A or Lyoko, all she wanted to do was kill Codely. So she ran after him, not about to let him go.

Ben had exited the bathroom and had saw the boy talk to Genesis, he knew the girl somewhat and knew that she hung out with Katie a lot, and Codely had recognized her. She was in on things. Time to take action, not well planned action, but action.

 

The teacher that was chasing the boys had run off had gone the wrong way and was looking for the kids on the other side of the building. Ben ran up to Genesis.

 

"Hi, Genesis," He said running to keep up with her, "I have a vague idea what is going on here. How can I help? And yes, I am going to help." He said firmly before seeing another boy, Katie's friend Dex sitting in another area, he waved him over as well. @@RunsWithSquirlz,@,

Rush set the weights he was lifting back down to check his phone. His eyes grew wide at the message and quickly texted back that he was coming to meet up with them. Quickly getting up and running out of the gym, he soon met up with the others.

When no one came forth with an idea, Katie nodded and said fearfully, "OK, we have a bad guy to catch and stop. Let's get to the factory, maybe, if you guys want to go?" Damn she was bad at this 'leader' stuff, Ben would be a much better fighter than her. She shook her head, 'focus Katie.' "Actually, ya, I'm going." She got on her cell phone, "Jeremy, we got trouble, secure the factory, put it on total lock down and only unlock it for us. Codely is out of Lyoko." @,

 

She said the words at high speed, running from the school, hoping that Whisper Rush, and Minx would follow. @,@@RunsWithSquirlz,@@Alex Kennedy,

After shooting a quick text to Rush about the situation, Whisper did indeed run after Katie and matched her stride. "Katie already called Jeremy to put the factory on lockdown but we don't know exactly where he's going" she told Rush.

Genesis didn't mean to ignore Ben but she would not let Codely out of her sight.

Katie grinned when her friends started to follow her. She took a breath and sped her self, this was not going to be the day she had hoped for. But it was going to be interesting, she found that after so many days of quiet, she had missed this. Was it insane? Yes. Did she particularly care? Nope! @@RunsWithSquirlz,@@Alex Kennedy,@,

 

Ben ran just as quickly as Gen, matching her stride. He didn't get told to go home, that was as good as acceptance. He followed, today would be much more fun than sitting in detention. @@RunsWithSquirlz,

 

At the push of a button, the security system kicked in, Jeremy had been tweaking it and it was in full working condition now. You would have to be as strong as a million elephants to bust down those doors! @,

Rush nodded. "Right, to the factory, then. I don't know if it'll come to this, but how many of you have actually been in a fight? A real world one, that is. Because if you haven't, you should just let me handle it. I don't want to have to worry about you guys getting hurt while I'm fighting."

As Codely and Shadow were running they noticed that Genesis and Ben were right behind them. Codely and Shadow both stopped running and turned to face them.

 

"Do you ever give up. Shadow hand me the energy source please"

 

Shadow gave Codely the Chaos Emerald.

 

"You see this? This is the doom of your world. Shadow looked at Codely with confusion "What do you mean the doom of your world?...Codely this is your world and your just making it seem like we are in a Sci-fi movie"

 

Codely started to laugh "Your work is done... SHADOW!!!"

 

Codely picked up Shadow by his neck and threw him at Genesis and Ben, he then ran off

"Oh God, what's happening now?" Dex asked himself with a sigh as he got up and followed the kid who waved at him, who, oddly enough, was with the girl the he might have insulted earlier.

 

He caught up to them and asked, "Okay, what's up with the hot pursuit here?"

Than he turned to Dex, "I don't know if youll understand this, Hell, I barely do, but Codely is back and he's trying to destroy the world with an unlimited power source. Genesis rolled out of the way and she was spry. She didn't give a damn about Shadow anyways; the others could handle him. She kept after Codely. Those others were somewhere behind her and she could hear thier yells but she paid them no mind. "You're not getting away punk!!!" she yelled after him.

"Killing me won't get your life back, OH wait you never had a life to start with so i guess you haven't really lost anything anyway and you won't be gaining anything since your always going to be the girl with no friends who sits on her own wishing for something better in life"

Katie had gotten outside with her group, she ran up to Ben, then saw the stand off with Genesis and Codely ahead. "Hey Gen," Katie yelled, "Codely can't die, if you kill him he'll just end up back in the computer!" . @@RunsWithSquirlz,

 

Ben jumped at this, seeing Katie, he grinned sheepishly. Katie just rolled her eyes at the boy, "come on if you want then, you won't remember any of this." She whispered.

Minx saw Genesis attack Codely. She felt like she wanted to attack him too but she didn't want to. "Can someone keep me away from those two please? It's hard enough not having Hellinx suppress me but now that he's here it's gotten a lot more difficult." Angelinx said fearfully.

The child that stands doing nothing and is not allowed to go into the lyoko because his friends think he should stay back in this world and be completely useless while Jeremie takes your place!. Remember when you was in control of that computer? the day you found it, the day you reactivated it and found the codes to get everything working again like normal and then Jeremie takes it away from you like your nothing but i think your friends have forgotten something... YOU TURNED THE SUPER COMPUTER BACK ON!!. It's your fault that me and XANA are now awake again but i'm not angry fro that i'm more happy so thank you Dex but i don't think your friends should be so happy for you"

Then she turned to Codely and said with a smirk, "Oh, are you playing mind games sweet Codely? Trying to turn us against each other so we are left unorganized well you destroy things? I applaud you for taking on such a boring and played out position. Tell me, have you drawn inspiration from Q from Star Trek? Maybe Set from Egyptian mythos? Just the master of words annoyer of children? Go on, if you're so good at spreading hate and lies, pull your trick on me. See what I do." @,

She moved the man hole and climbed on the ladder, sitting there for a second before smirking back "I don't think you CAN win." Amusement covered her voice, "Go on, try to stop us." She began to descend the ladder and was on the floor walking to the factory, she wondered who would follow her. @,
