Pffft, so after a couple days of tinkering I finally fix their precious machine (which they KNOW leaks they SAW it!) and all it does is make our job worse because it just flooded an entire aisle and the whole hour was spent on crisis management than getting anything done, therefore slowing productivity down to a halt instead of increasing it.

I wonder why this time during burnout I continue to do the planned tasks? Before, when I was burnt out, I could not do anything. Why is it that the lowest people on the totem pole are the one that get dumped on when not everyone has every thing they need to do their job? Just today a management person came into my work space joking that I "forgot" to do my task. I told the POS that someone else came in earlier and took them. She didn't believe it, claiming I had to do it anyways cause they were low of stuff. I swear companies should ONLY hire people that actually did the fucking job before coming at their employees on the lower rung.
