Something that has been a game changer for me: L-Theanine

Of course, do your own research, but I have found it to be a gentle balm that is nonetheless very effective. I take it twice a day now. It helps me get to sleep and stay asleep at night, and it really takes the edge off of the anxiety during the day. I swear by it, my problems with sleep and anxiety have been bad recently, so it's impressive that the Theanine is helping me as much as it is. Maybe it can help you?

I'm thinking it may be time to get a new router. I've noticed that on some occasions, certain images fail to load on the sites that I visit, and our current router is 5 years old now, so I think it may be time to replace it.
