So, I was reading a fanfiction, and I was relatively invested. But then, I ran into something that broke my immersion. Now, my immersion gets broken easily because of my ADHD, but this…is actually not that different. But I still want to share it! You may be asking, “what was it that distracted you?” Well, the thing that broke my immersion, the thing that weakened the mood of this serious moment in the story—at least for me—, was a typo. Yes, I know I’m nitpicking at this point. But this typo…it just made me laugh. That’s it. “What was this typo?”, you’re probably asking. Well, I think it was supposed to convey the word “spokespony,” but it came out as “spokspony.” Yeah, it’s just a small typo. Not too much of a problem. But this little imperfection still amused me. Why? Because all it could make me think of was Spock from Star Trek, only as a pony.

Hmm well lets see. Right here in the diagram it says 2 cans = $37 and you can only buy a minimum of 2. You tell me how much you think it costs. I get not being good at math cause I'm not either but it literally says in the picture how much it costs girl. You can't buy less than 2 and it says it's $37 for 2. 

She had asked me if it was 100 for $37. Where do you see it's 100 for 37 bucks on this diagram that says 2 for 37.

Now, if you've gotten into it with any pony, that either needs to be fixed if it can be, or you should just leave each other alone. I've had problems not unlike that here, but there really is something like magic on this forum, and even that...we are very slowly, very quietly putting that back together anyway. I wouldn't want any pony to ever think that joining here was a mistake.

I get distracted a lot as well, and it is never about any malice toward anyone else here. If I am not frequently responding to somebody else on here, it is because I am busy, not because I don't like them. Opinions about certain things may differ but they had their reasons. I have to work on my interactions with people still, but over time I've learned to be more helpful.

Something that has helped me think this through, is how would I respond to Ponies in Equestria if I conversed with them? I'd have to be mindful about that too, because disrespecting another Ponies boundaries would not reflect well on my character, or anyone's for that matter, even Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle had to learn that there are certain behaviors that are not acceptable. The same applies to real life.

and if I am to honor everything MLP FIM represents, I need to learn from my mistakes as well.
