Not exactly in agreement with the message here as I honestly don't see why anyone should care what people do in private but putting that bias aside this is well drawn and the reference is pretty spot on.

I don't see the point of hating Hasbro. Some bronies wished that company just died without even realizing that the show would be lost forever, no one wanting to buy the rights, and thousands of people would lose their jobs.

 

I really REALLY wish they approached this problem with a smidgen of civility!

The message here isn't to hate Hasbro.

The comic conveys that we forgive them for the C&D, but that there is also a hypocrisy since Hasbro will go out of its way to shut down harmless parodies but won't take down explicit/pornographic content (which also count as parodies).

 

Explicit content makes Bronies and MLP:FiM look bad as a whole. It also "cripples" friendships because it gives such a bad look for Bronies that their friends often abandon them because of the reputation.

 

Then if explicit content got MLP shut down we, as the over-active fandom we are, will search the ends of the earth to punish the makers of the explicit content. (the last bit was more of an exaggeration though)
